“I have to say they have an associate there named Mansil and he goes above and beyond, and is the most pleasant worker there EVER ! He needs to replace the manager !! He will stop what ever he is doing to help a customer out ! I hope someone High up reads this and rewards him for his EXCELLENT Customer Service skills and his ability to make customers feel special. Truly a great employee!!!!”

“Houston PA location is by far the best I've been to. Clean, well stocked, even in the pandemic. Always busy, and short staffed but the workers are pleasant and helpful, which I'm sure is a challenge with b*tchey customers who don't get it. Other local area stores have been adjusting hours due to staffing problems, but I haven't run across it yet here, and they added a self checkout to help. The only issue I've IDd is the parking lot. As busy as it is, it really should be better designed, but they can't do much about that, with this physical location.”
“It’s a nice store so every time when i do come in and check out their certain stuff that i am interest buying the managers are very helpful to ask every customer a question just like me if they need any help on any certain item which i usually do and the managers help every customer out which makes me feel appreciated of them so i do like this store a lot”
“This is not only the cleanest and most organized FD store around me and there are a bunch. The ladies move and stock inventory in a timely fashion and make sure you can walk thru aisles and find just what you need.”
“Very nice clean large store..did not have spring flower bags advertised, couldn't find crayons.. manager admitted they run two different aisles not where they should be one of the things I was looking for come by for another day”

“Nice people work here. I shop here because it is easy to get to for me. Amazing prices. The toy section could have a better selection, but it was still a nice selection for all ages. School supplies, cleaning supplies, a quick TV dinner and a few more for the deep freezer?. Cups, plates, cutlery, party stuff, candy, you name it they have it in some form. These places really are great. So what if the product isn't always the greatest? Remember, you paid a dollar and some change for it. At least you still got something right? Anyways, rant over. Great places, nice workers, you should definitely check them out if you are in the area!”
“This Dollar Tree discount store sells items that cost slightly over one dollar. Items include home decor, office supplies, health and beauty products, cleaning products, pet supplies, foods and beverages, etc.As I shopped around this store, I felt happy with the selection of merchandise. I chose many items to buy, and the total price was very reasonable. The cashier correctly rang up my purchase. I hope that this Dollar Tree continues to offer inexpensive items rather than more expensive items.”

“I've always liked Dollar General... Very nice & professional... Your employees are always willing to go that extra mile for their customers... You are most definitely in need of some more hires... Shelves need better stocked... Too many carts with merchandise left unstocked up n down the aisles... Not to the fault of store employees you have... They all stay busy with customers... Hire more people & promote within... The employees you have now are well deserving of promotion ❤️”

“I actually like this store it's very convenient and everything location put the sad part and unfortunately it seems the Dollar tree in Crafton has more selection and cheaper selections than the Dollar general for some odd reason their fridges are broke their freezers are broke at the Dollar general the prices are more than Dollar tree and they have less stuff than the Dollar tree unfortunately and it seems the only time that the women that work at the Dollar general we're always in a rush to close early and other than that I feel that all the workers at the Dollar general are underpaid specially for everything they have to do and deal with the same with the Dollar tree because I've work at Dollar tree in the past and they're definitely under paid for all the BS they deal with”
“The Mcdonald dollar general is within walking distance of my place, and I'm very grateful for this seeing as I can't drive due to epilepsy. I am there several times a week. Since the store has what I need at inexpensive prices, I get my cleaning supplies and hygiene products here. The whole staff is always kind and helpful; I look forward to interacting with them.”
“Love the customer service. Always helpful. I can say the general manager of all Family Dollars you need night time stock.Also, you need to do this location like other locations. Remodel. General manager why haven't you.I think some prices are good, some are little high. But, I know it's not in the store, it's on the CEO giving themselves, outrageous raises, then passing it on to the customer.I will say, that the employees treat me, like family. Help me always when I need help. Especially with things up high. I do love this family dollar.The CEO needs put $$ in this family dollar on Highland Ave Washington Pennsylvania & remodel. “I've never had a bad experience there. It's a bit messy, and old. You can still get all the things you need. I went there for paint supplies. They had most of what I needed. They sell food and clothes and kitchen utensils. They sell cell phones and cheap electronics. It's your typical convenience store.”
