Decent location but lot of their items are not on the shelf’s instead they are on the floor with they don’t keep the item shelf’s nice & neat plus some of their lights are blown out so where it gets dark in some of their isles.

One register open at 4pm on a Sunday; and it's the self scan. 3 employees in the store and none running the only other register.If this is the norm at this DG I'll definitely not go to this one again.

I Absolutely dont like how they stack all their stock outside the bathrooms. This is dangerous. someone could fall and get seriously hurt. there is no room to walk. They only have one bathroom open and this is a real inconvenience at a busy store.

The amount of times that this store closes during operating hours is astonishing. Dollar General is an embarrassment. When the store is open it is a mess and shelves are never stocked. Avoid this location.

Arrived at this store at 9:20am on Sunday 12-11. The website and the door states it opens every day at 8am, but the lights were but nobody was home. Tried calling the store, no answer. All locked. Went out of my way to go here today, now I'll go out of my way to avoid. Unreliable

Depends on which store you go to, but the store in Cecil is great the workers are friendly and very helpful

Stopped in yesterday to pick up a few items. Front entry was dirty, cluttered and gave the wrong first impression. Once in the store the aisleways were obstructed with stocking carts and the floor had boxes creating a hazard for a fall. Shelves were very disorganized and many empty. Upon check out, the cashier was presented with a buy on get one free coupon for a health and beauty aides item, he replied he couldn't accept the coupon due to part of the bar code being torn and I had to purchase two like items which was not the case if he would have taken time to look at the coupon. Instead of manually adjusting the coupon offer, he just rejected it and even had a manager come up and she had zero input. One of the items charged incorrectly and when I noted this, I was rudely told it was correct and the prices have changed but DG cooperate has not sent out new shelf tags so tough luck. I told him I wanted the difference given back or I would return. Again he called the manager who was inept and just gave me the difference. Fortunately I don't shop in DG very often but 95% of the ones I've been in are all run the same way, poorly. It's hard to believe they're a publicly traded company with 17,266 stores nationwide and employs 158,00. The demographic they seem to target is mostly rural areas where shopping options are very limited. I believe most think nothing of the poor service, unkept stores and unprofessional employee attitudes because they have no other choice. If they do care most have no alternatives for shopping needs. I will never return.

Never had an issue with the store before. Recently it's been going down hill. Such as dirty store. And then just tonight I go at 8:30pm and the store lights are all on but yet the doors are locked and no one there. According to another people who too were trying to visit this store this has been closing early for multiple days. If your store hours have changed it should be posted.
