Where is my mail. How are you guys just gonna not contact us about your permanently closing. Where are our packages going? I had checks delivered there. And I need this for my business. I want a refund.

I’ve Been calling since November 27 because they have 2 packages I’ve been several times in person still closed I have call the 1-800 number the post office number and Nothing and I own a business and this packages than I’m desperate on get are products for my salon that I daily used and I’m desperate I’m so angry

Went in to set up my po box just to be ignored with their gate closed 25 minutes before closing didnt get to set up my po box that day
