Martin Auto Gallery is a great place to do business with. I sold them a beautiful 2012 convertible 2ss 45th anniversary collectors edition in like new condition. The owner is a down to earth honest car guy. As a business owner myself for 33 years with high customer satisfaction standards I really appreciate how they operate. All the great reviews for Martin Auto Gallery are totally well deserved! I saw a low-mileage used Mini Cooper convertible advertised on their website, contacted them, and felt, based solely on telephone conversations, that they were honest and trustworthy. So, on July 3, I hopped on a plane at LaGuardia and flew out to Pittsburgh. They arranged for someone to pick me up at the airport and drive me to the showroom. Well, the car was exactly, even if not better, than, as described. In perfect condition. A small scratch below the front bumper that was visible in the posted online picture was, as promised, totally removed, perfectly. The transaction was effortless. On leaving the lot, Bryan Martin noticed that the front carpets were not in the car. They were nowhere to be found, so he offered to reimburse me for new ones that I bought today. Who else does that? I'm thrilled to have bought my Mini from Martin and look forward to doing business with them again. The drive back to NYC from Pittsburgh was easy, even on July 3! I recommend Martin Auto Gallery, as you can tell, without any reservation!

I recently bought a 2019 Acura TLX by working with Bryan at Martin Auto Gallery and it was a great experience start to finish. He and everyone there was extremely helpful with no pressure and always plenty of options. That included test drives on two vehicles, then coming back a few days later to decide between them, which included me spending probably 45 minutes going back and forth between the vehicles taking measurements, getting in and out of them repeatedly, checking underneath, and otherwise analyzing various subjective measures until I decided (it was a tough decision, and I keep my vehicles for a loooong time so I wanted to make sure I picked the one that will work for me for years and years.) Bryan let me have free reign to do all that, which I appreciated. He was also very helpful through the payment process and in explaining the title transfers and trade-in procedures. Overall, I had outstanding service at Martin Auto Gallery and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

By far, this is the most pleasant car buying experience I've had in my 50 years of doing so. Bryan displayed all of the old-fashioned values and behaviors so absent today. He was kind, patient, personable, respectful, professional--a true gentleman. Bryan worked with me on getting his best price for the purchase as well as for the loan with interest rates. He was sympathetic to my situation of having had totalled my vehicle and did not pressure me to buy from him. He's a good listener and seemed to have my best interests in mind although he's in the business of selling. Bryan worked with me for times most convenient for me and even picked me up at my home on the day of purchase as I needed a ride. The car was immaculate, filled with gasoline and ready when he said it would be. The paperwork and entire purchasing process was seamless. Thank you, Bryan, for making this ol' lady's life a little less stressful during a very trying time.

Bryan was awesome to work with! Bought a 2022 Mustang GT, and the vehicle is perfect. Just a really good guy to work with. He got the deal done for me in a blink of an eye. I just purchased a 2021 Crosstrek from Martin Auto Gallery, and I wish every car buying experience could go like this.
The guys there treated me differently than any other car salesmen I’ve encountered, but in a good way. I didn’t feel like their sole purpose was to sell me this car. They sat down and worked through all the numbers with me, got me the best price, and ultimately gave me the car of my dreams. I was a little intimidated walking into this being a female in my 20s. I didn’t want to get taken advantage of. I’m happy to say that did not happen. They even let me call my husband multiple times throughout the process. Not to mention I feel that my trade in was priced very fairly.

I couldn’t ask for a better experience! I’m located out of town and had been searching for a specific car, color, and condition. I found it two states away at Martin Auto Gallery! Bryan was such a great person to work with. He answered all of my questions promptly, helped me secure someone to ship the car, and honestly—under sold the cars condition, its nearly perfect condition for a used car! Bryan wasn’t an overbearing salesperson and was very reasonable on price. If I was in town I’d certainly recommend them to anyone. Highly recommend for anyone in the market for a used car!

I had the pleasure of working with Martin Auto Gallery over the past few months during the process of buying a vintage car.It was an exciting, but challenging process, given that I saw the car in person at the gallery on a Sunday, but returned home to California. I then began conversations with Martin Auto Gallery to work toward purchasing the car.They were incredible to work with during this time. A big assist was them taking it to a classic car shop I had been in touch with, to have it looked over. In addition, working with a local mechanic (who was also fantastic) we were able to address some issues on the car ahead of the sale.The owner, Butch Martin, when I picked up the car, mentioned it was one of the longest sale transactions he had ever done, lol. I would never had known that given how patient and accommodating he was. I truly appreciated his professionalism as he never made it feel a burden.Overall a great experience with Martin Auto Gallery.
