Another mechanic made a mistake and told me my steering wheel sensor needed to be looked at by the dealer. I bring it here and suddenly a $300 job is $500. If I wasn't going out of town this week I would have taken it some place else. They also went through my belongings without asking to look for my alignment forms, and the one they ended up referencing in my update was from April.... The Lord will see how they treat others and make them pay for their continuous deceit.

John S.Took my 2020 F150 in because the Keyless Entry Pad was falling out of the door. Made the appointment they took it back while I waited and they completed it in a timely manor. The only thing I found odd is that the service manager told me that the Double face Tape it was held in with let go. That's not true because I looked at it and there was a tiny clip the held it in and the clip broke. About 3 Days later my Door wouldn't unlock with the Fob or Key. I made an appointment they took it back while i waited about and hour later he came in and said they lubricated it and I should be good now. I'm the son of a FORD Mechanic and I know cars and I'm no pro but I thought they were wrong. So I pull out with my truck and go to put my coffee in the Cup Holder and it wouldn't fit! My Short Custom antenna was laying in my Console in the cup holder. So I'm thinking they broke it, but actually they took it off to give me a Complimentary car wash that I didn't want and forgot to put it back on ,So no biggie. I get back to work and pick up my Antenna and there are a set of some other customers keys in my console. I call and talked to Paula and she send someone to my work to pick them up. So I go to leave work that same day and I can't get back in my truck because the door is jammed again. ( Frustrating )I call and make another appointment with the Service Manager Paula , she says she would get me a car to take home while they fixed my truck. So I go back in the next day and there is no appointment set up and no car for me. ( Frustrating ) While I'm standing around waiting for them to figure things out , Paula comes out of her office and she is socializing with the service advisers and is complaining that her Eye Doctor insists that she make an appointment online and she showed up and there is no appointment for her.I'm thinking to myself WTF! I didn't say anything. They get it figured out and I leave my truck to get fixed. They call me the next day and say that it's the Door Latch assembly and they ordered one. It will be in tomorrow and they will get it installed same day. They call me the next day and the service advisor says that the door Actuator rod was bent and they had straightened it out and that fixed the problem. I really feel discussed that we pay soooo much money for these cars and $2,500.00 for an extended Warranty and you just don't get the Customer Service like you should. I realized the pandemic probably affected things and the caliber of employees are not what they used to be but come on !I tried looking on YELP for the ratings on thes FORD Dealers and it seems like there all bad in PA.What's the answer?

I called one week prior to make an appointment to have my Ford F-450 inspected. The service writer, a woman, gave me an appointment after being told it was an F-450 and a dump truck. On the morning of my appointment, I arrived to find two young service writers, one male , one female, avoiding eye contact. Finally, the oldest of the three asked if he could help me. I told him I was there for my inspection appointment. He took my cards, and made a quick call. He stated my truck had 2,500 miles on the odometer. He then hung up and told me he was sorry, but Kenny Ross does not have a lift big enough to lift my truck. He stated the woman who made the appointment should have known this. I asked him if they owned a jack and a mechanic's creeper. That's how we did it when I worked at Ford. He told me he was sorry, they could not help me. They seemed to know there was a problem before I arrived. Why didn't they call me that morning and save me a 35 mile round trip. I have purchased 2 trucks and 2 cars from this dealer. Their service department has made certain they have seen the last of me.

Talk about a Bait & Switch. We stopped to see a vehicle which was advertised at $36,320 and were informed that this price was about $11,000 lower than what it should be. My husband spoke to someone who informed the price would be updated and it was a mistake. It’s 6 days later and the price is still incorrect on the site and hasn’t been updated. False advertising at its finest to get you on the lot to try and sell you something else after being told that it must have been “fat fingered” on the site. I understand mistakes, but clearly this wasn’t a mistake if it still has yet to be corrected.

We had the best experience with Rocky and Ray. They kept us in the loop, listened to exactly what we wanted, found the perfect car for us and above all they were HONEST.

Only dealership I trust taking my vehicles to. Always courteous and listen to my concerns if I have any when I bring my vehicle in for service.

DO NOT GO HERE! If you need your car inspected, fixed, or anything really. I went in a couple weeks ago to get my 2016 Ford Focus inspected (I know they aren't the best cars, but I just bought it a year ago) and he told me it would cost $3,165 in parts plus labor to fix my car so it would pass inspection!? I went to have a second estimate done on the car and they told me it passed inspection with flying colors!!! They said there was nothing wrong with my car. The guy took one look at me realizing I'm a 20 year old around tax return time and tried taking complete advantage of me. Let me repeat myself... NEVER GO HERE. Waste of time waste of money!

Customer service is far below expectations. They don’t keep in contact with you to let you know the status of your vehicle. They complete services without your permission and expect you to pay for it. They let you wait in the waiting room while they chit chat with coworkers instead of responding to your questions. If they answer the phone, they don’t greet you and they basically hang up on you by transferring you to voicemails. Once you leave voicemails you don’t get a call r

My father took his 06 mustang in to get inspected. The car is pristine inside and out. The person that inspected the car sliced his leather steering wheel with a razor and the service manager insisted that an interior man come in and fix it. The interior man was unable to fix the steering wheel properly and also took the finish off of other parts of the steering wheel. The service manager refused to replace the steering wheel when it was their fault. My father has had other bad experiences with the service department at kenny ross as another time they didn’t reattach the wheel and tire on properly and it almost fell off of his truck before they took it back. This is a horrible service department with a horrible service manager.

I originally posted this under Kenny Ross Ford South because the service center did not have a Yelp page at the time of my review. I completely stand by my comment below though. This service center is terrible and they must have created a new Yelp page as a loophole in an attempt to clear any negative reviews from their name. Copied below is my original review from several years ago. Someone had knocked the mirror off my car and gave me their insurance information and told me to bring the car to Kenny Ross. While Kenny Ross fixed my mirror the next day, they somehow broke my emergency brake in the process. The light is forever on, regardless if I have the emergency brake activated or not. I fail to see how the emergency brake and the side mirror are related. Anyways, I called multiple times to try explaining the situation to their staff in attempts to have my car fixed, but every time I get a different person answering and they redirect me to someone else. They are very frustrating to deal with. I will never come back here again. If possible, you should seriously consider other options to repair your car.

I originally posted this under the dealership review because there was no service center at the time. Yelp just e-mailed me and said they deleted it because they thought it didn't go with the dealership and it should go with this new service center. So I am copying and reposting it. I stand by everything that happened. It was truly the worst service center I have ever been to and I have owned 32 cars in my lifetime. I am not exaggerating in anyway. Please do not get your car serviced at this dealer. Here is what I posted originally back in 2016: The service department is the worst. They don't schedule your appointments correctly over the phone or listen to you when you give them a cell phone number instead of the home number for you they have on file. They run out of envelopes when you drop it off the night before. Then the service adviser, Rob, blames all their mistakes on you and offers nothing to make it right, even though they were open for 4 more hours and all you needed done was a state inspection and emission on a 2 year old car with 13,000 miles. I had to call the service manager who apologized, but still didn't offer to make it right before I picked up the car. I would have had to bring it back, which is a huge inconvenience for a single person who doesn't live near the dealership. When I picked up the car, they didn't have my insurance and registration with the paperwork and keys at the cashier. I didn't notice until I got to my car. I checked my glovebox and didn't see them in there. I went back and another rude service adviser, named Chris, asked me twice if I checked the glove box because "that where we put them" and said abruptly when he was done another customer, he would go out and search my car for them. I angrily left and tore apart my glovebox and found them stuffed in the back with a bunch of napkins. Again, he implied that this was my fault for not searching hard enough or that I should have magically known that their best practice is to hide your important papers in your glovebox instead of keep them with your other paperwork and keys, like all other dealerships and garages that I have been to. They have the worst customer service skills, terrible best practices for handling paperwork and their service advisers escalate problems and blame the customers for the faults of the dealership. I have never left a garage or dealership so angry. It was like I was in a bizarre alternate universe.
