Man trying to contact a local FedEx site to mail an important package. Don't want to use a drop box I want a receipt. Use a search find a local site hit call and I get contact with Bandawhore India customer service who can't look up or contact or inform me of anything I need. WHY IS FEDEX STILL IN BUSINESS? THEY DESERVE TO FAIL.

Nice staff helpful. I'm not 100% sold on needing to have "extra" stuffing to protect my return items (shoes) but it's not the staffs fault for a company policy.

I needed someone to scan and print a large photograph that had torn after sticking to the glass. I was also on a tight budget so I wasn't about to drop $100 on photo restoration. I was going to fill in the damaged areas with colored pencils and the woman who helped me had some great suggestions on which paper to use. I also JUST HAPPENED to be horribly thirsty and they had a bottled water fridge right by the checkout. How perfect was that?? Seriously, I was about to ask for the bathroom just to stick my mouth under the faucet. I sipped on my water while she scanned my photo and made a few copies for me. I was prepared to have to come back later for my project to be done but I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The service was outstanding. The building was clean and uncluttered. I'll totally go back when I need other services.
