Passing through town on our way to a concert in Burgettstown, we had to make an emergency stop off the highway. After a couple of phone calls to near by repair shops, we were recommended to go to Zuk. We basically showed up at their facility and asked that they help to diagnose and repair our vehicle within our time constraints. Within 15 minutes, Jeff, the mechanic was taking our truck on a test drive. Then it was pulled right into a bay. They stopped everything they were working on for the day and focused on us. Jeff quickly figured out that the front passenger wheelbearing needed to be replaced. The Zuk family went to the parts store and Jeff got to work removing parts. After 2.5 hours, our vehicle was ready for the road again. And, a last minute tip from the Zuk's gave us an alternate route to get to the venue, mitigating a highway closure and saving us time in traffic. We arrived in time for the show! So far I have had nothing but good experiences with Zuks. I initially took my car in for my annual inspection. My car initially could not pass but I was not charged twice for the inspection like other reviews have claimed. I appreciated that they were upfront that there were some other issues that needed addressed but they did not need to be addressed that day in order to pass inspection. That honesty was what lead me to return to Zuks for the additional services that were needed. I think their pricing seemed fair compared to what I was used to when I was taking my car to the dealership for service. I also appreciated that the girl behind the front desk was able to text me throughout the day to discuss my vehicle. I dropped off before going to work and she recognized that it would be easier to respond to her via text instead of calling.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Got a body repair estimate. This was the lowest one. Received a check from the other motorist's insurance. Dropped car off on appointment date. Two days later I received a call that the bodywork could not be done since their employee resigned. Did not even get an apology from this place even though they offered to do the work, then failed to do the work.Service: Body & Trim

This place has been around since war world two. The original owner Frank ran the garage and charge people what was fair. Jeff the son had the same beliefs of fairness. Now the sister is doing the same thing. I live in Cleveland but my dad that past away 5 years ago around the same time Frank pasted. Zuk garage is the only place he used. When my van lost its coolant and overheated. I was in Deep Creek Lake MD and had AAA tow it to this shop. Now coolant cost $20 a gallon and I had lost all of mine and a connector part broke. The repair bill was $58.00 I ask you can you trust a shop like this? They could have told me anything and charge hundreds. Honus Fair Good people. This is what the Zuk family is truly all about.
