Considering switching. Ordered checks July 24; returned to bank Aug 28 to learn that they were not ordered. Was informed that it would be 10 days; no checks. Left voicemail to ask when I might receive them. Read my bank statement to read that I was charged $48.25 for two orders placed Sept 6! I left a well worded voicemail. Checks arrived; the order was wrong! Wrong background, wrong information, incomplete information! I’m going to the bank to see if they are going to make it right! If not, I’m gone!

I moved to Oakdale and this is the closest branch to me. All of the tellers are pleasant and helpful. The Carnegie location has convenient parking, 2 drive thru teller lanes and a drive thru ATM.

Considering switching banks. I moved to Pennsylvania from Ohio about 6 months ago. I opened an account here because of the convenient location. But after sending multiple emails and leaving multiple voicemails I still haven't received a callback or an email reply. If this is the level of customer service I should expect from them then I see no reason to continue banking with them. Very disappointed. Especially since I went to the wesbanco in Bellevue and they said that they had heard other people complain about the Carnegie location as well.

They aren't even open when the hours say they are, and the ATM is consistently out of service. Worst branch around apparently

The managers and tellers really need to learn the policies of their own bank ask them if they can cash a check that was written from a WesBanco account and they tell me no because it was a handwritten check and I would have to open account and they would have to put a hold on it so I called the regional office and they told me to bring it in a $5 fee and a valid ID if they'll cash it no problem and plus the manager that I talked to seemed like a snooty b**** on the phone anyway.

Worse branch I have been to. I went to deposit My wife and I tax Refund check. It was refused do to my wife and I not having a joint checking account. My wife and I have been married 3 years and we have never had this problem. I had enough money in my account to cover the deposit. My wife and I endorsed the check. After they told me this. I did research. IRS refund checks are considered " Safe " checks. Irs says it could be cashed if both have endorsed it. They even have an option of direct deposit into my individual account. Also I could have just signed my name on the check and it still should have been deposited due to power of attorney up to 10,000$. Our check didn't even scratch that. On Monday we will go to our main branch and see what is what. We both have accounts at Wesbanco. I have had one since I was a kid. If I want it cashed I could have went to any bank and paid a fee. Why would I do that? The Date was February 27 at around 12:30pm
