Every single person who works here is unbelievably fantastic. We had so many problems with buying our new house and they helped flawlessly every single time. I HIGHLY recommend this bank!!!!!!

I would give this bank zero stars if I could. At their request, after being a customer for years, I signed up for Biller Genie. Once integrated with our account, they automatically held $25,000 from our account for 30 days, for absolutely no reason. I've contacted Anthony Paladino, our business banker about this, many times. His flippant response? "Why don't you use your Dollar Bank line of credit to cover the $25,000?"Why don't you just release the $25,000 and cover your own mistake?Unprofessional, flippant, uncouth, ignorant. This bank does not care about its customers at all, and we have brought and trusted them with millions. I am furious.

Great location for a PNC Bank branch. Helpful tellers and staff. Have never had issues here.

Teller lied about making a deposit I watched the bank manger sign off on didn't get off work until the branch was closed tried calling PNC 1800 number was told tough luck nothing can be done until Monday so know I'm out thousands of dollars

After a week without my charge card I got a call from people in my condo in Florida that FedX left an envelope on the walkway in front of my door. I ask a friend to open it and there were my charge cards. So now they said they would overnight then to the branch office. It's 1:30 on Saturday and the bank closes at 2:00pm and still no charge card. THE INCOMPETENCE IS UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm so finished with this Philadelphia Bank. Ever since they moved their headquarters to Philadelphia the service is terrible in Pittsbugh.

Worst bankers in town. Waisted 20 mins waiting to get a new debit card but they unable to do so because gentleman in the office sitting crossed legs on chair talking on the phone. “Busy”

I went to unlock my online banking account . I met an agent named Remy and she told me she would give my log info through mail ! Even though, I haven’t received it yet ! Employees are very disrespectful! I will definitely close my business account there

I went to unlock my online banking account . I met an agent named Remy and she told me she would give my log info through mail ! Even though, I haven’t received it yet ! Employees are very disrespectful! I will definitely close my business account there

Banks as a whole are criminal but when you have careless employees then it really becomes an issue. Loyal customer for 10 years and every time I walked in there was treated great. New employees and BM the inexperience shows. I have already went to the BBB and spoke to complaints dept through PNC. They have put too many peoples info out there to just be had without following proper policy procedures. They say they want to help when really all they want to do is get through the day. The BM lied directly to me. I’m done with a company that doesn’t care and thanks to Remy and Jeff I will never use or recommend PNC again. I highly recommend to Switch to another bank without fees, friendly customer service and actually worried about you as a customer. They are legally robbing you don’t put up with it anymore
