Not one complaint or regret about anything. Ethan our designer was super awesome. He brought our vision to life(actually better than what we thought). Our contractor Jack and his partner Bob was great! Jack kept us informed of the day by day details. He was very particular in his work and made sure everything was perfect. Both were very polite and treated our home like it was their home. You couldn’t tell they were there when they left(everything was very cleaned). John the plumber was great also. The process to get our dream bathroom was very easy.

We just had our master bath done. It was a good experience with no negatives...Dan our main contractor was meticulous and professional. Great job!

Every single person we have interacted with at Patete has been wonderful; from working with the designer Taylor, to Wayne and every person who did work on our kitchen. Everyone is so friendly and just down to earth. All the workers were very pleasant and kind towards my young children who enjoyed watching them which isn't a requirement but very much appreciated.They were all very clean and respectful. It's been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

We are now completing the remodel of our kitchen, breakfast room, powder room, and our guest bathroom, as well as master bathroom by Patete. The design was a great improvement over our previous layout. All of the craftsmen from Patete are Masters in their trades and are genuinely nice people; it was like having family work on our project. The materials were of excellent quality and everything fits & works. I had my first bathroom installed 12 years ago with Patete. I worked with Barry and everything went smoothly. It looks just as good today as it did 12 years ago. I am very happy!I decided to remodel my second bathroom and called Barry from Patete. We went through the whole selection process and all the products looked great together! After everything was installed, I noticed that something wasn't right with the shower pan. I called Barry and he said it might be a manufacturing defect. After having a few conversations with Barry, he was able to get replacement products from the manufacturer. He sent a contractor to install the new products. Everything looks fantastic with my bathroom. I couldn't be any happier! Barry, the manufacturer and the people from Patete went up and above my expectations!Service: Remodeling

When you have someone come into your home for a major remodel, you want someone you can trust. When the Patete contractors arrived they were polite, efficient and through. We had a complete bathroom and kitchen remodel. There were few major complications (1 bathroom and 1 kitchen). Patete kept the project moving. They never missed a beat. Patete handled all of the scheduling. Everyday they kept me informed of issues and resolutions. Every night the contractors cleaned up after themselves. Fabulously!! My wife and I have used Patete Kitchen and Bath Design for over 30 years. During that time, we have had two bathrooms and our kitchen completely remodeled. The professionalism and expertise of Patete's work staff is first rate. They are perfectionists when it comes to detail, and they get the job done right....the first and only time. Recently, we noticed that our kitchen refrigerator was getting old and needed to be replaced. The problem was that a shelf in a cabinet that was installed nearly 25 years ago was too low for a new refrigerator that we wanted to buy to replace our old refrigerator. We called Patete, explained the problem, and within a short period of time, Wayne came out to look at the cabinet to see if it could be modified to enable a new, taller refrigerator to fit the space. About a week and a half later Keith came to our home to remove the cabinet and take it back to Patete's cabinet shop to be modified. In fact, when we saw Keith, he remembered working on our kitchen all those years ago. A few weeks later, I again spoke with Wayne, and he told me that the cabinet modification was complete and that Keith would contact us and reinstall the cabinet. Sure enough, on schedule, Keith arrived and within an hour, he installed the new, modified cabinet, and it was a perfect fit above our new refrigerator. Both Wayne and Keith have been members of the Patete team of craft experts for decades, and their wealth of experience showed on this job. Hats off to Steve Erenrich for his help in making the purchase and installation of our new refrigerator a reality and a pleasant experience.

Had a complete bathroom remodel done. From start to finish, everything was made easy. Design team were very helpful in bring together my ideas for the bathroom. Demolition and installation went very well. Professional staff all around. Very happy with the final results. My husband and I had our bathroom gutted and remodeled. There were so many issues with the previous bathroom: ventilation, rotted plumbing, to frayed electrical wires in the walls (just to name a few of the issues!). Patete Kitchen and Bath was there for every step of the way, going above and beyond to first plan out our dream bathroom with one of their excellent interior designers. Then the expert contractor, electricians, plumbers and staff that came to carry out the job were professional, very careful to detail, friendly, and overall did a fantastic remodel. We had a complete bathroom remodel. Working with Patete was a good experience. We met several times to discuss, pick out what we wanted and get the quote. We were happy with the price (in our range) and they worked to make sure it was what we wanted.We’re very happy with the quality of work, and love the overall finished job. We love the tile, vanity, paint-everything came out great. We had a few hiccups due to Covid things but that’s obviously out of anyone’s control.
