“I came to the store, looking for a new washer after mine broke unexpectedly, and trying to get a repair turned into a disaster. The repair company said they couldn’t get the part (not accurate but if I could find the replacement part but they couldn’t, I couldn’t possibly trust them to do the repair properly). So next option was to buy a new washer. I went to American Freight (formerly Sears scratch and dent store) in Bridgeville PA. I found a washer that was pretty much exactly what I wanted for an extremely reasonable amount of money. Zack the salesman was super helpful. I was in luck the washer was to be delivered the next day. I couldn’t believe it. Unfortunately the next day the delivery person called off sick unexpectedly (the day before his vacation started). Naturally I was upset. This meant I would have to wait an extra 10 days for delivery. I had already been without a washer for about five days now, and the thought of having to go to a laundromat was not what I was envisioning. However, to my unexpected delight Sarah the manager found a solution going over and beyond to get a substitute delivery company to fill in. It did push delivery back a few days, but it was better than waiting longer. From purchase to delivery was less than a week. The delivery company called about 20 minutes ahead, which was super appreciated. That allowed me time to move furnishing, etc., and corral my dogs out of their way. Josh and his coworker (John?) couldn’t have been more polite and professional. The washer is currently going through its first (test) cycle. Assuming that everything is good, I could not be more pleased. Highly highly recommend doing business with American Freight!”
“Wanted to buy a power recliner, so wandered in here and a few other stores in the area. When I entered, a sales representative (Elaine) quickly asked if I needed any help, but I said I was set and would check back in. She gave me space and wasn't uncomfortably hovering or ominous.
The store was staged well and looked put together and clean.
After looking around and sitting in some chairs, I got back to Elaine and started asking some questions and asking for opinions on a couple different chairs, and she was super insightful and helpful, not only in feature but in design of what I was describing as needed. She showed me some additional fabric options for a chair I had selected. I told her that I wanted to return home, do some measurements, and bring back a paint swatch to compare against the fabric; She didn't try to push me into a purchase or lock me in to anything, just voiced her availability for when I might be returning.
I showed back up a couple days later, she answered a couple more questions that had come up, and then I felt comfortable ordering the chair. She explained the limited warranties, all the standard sales stuff. Super helpful. Super nice. She made it super easy to transact.
Highly recommend this location, and hope that all the other sales reps are just as good as Elaine is!”

At the time, we weren't ready to purchase.. When we were ready, we came back to this Levin Mattress location just because of our salesperson, Janice! “What a wonderful experience! The salesman came right up to me introduce himself and took me to just what I was looking for. Julian Nowlin was my salesman. He didn't pressure me and even let me go to another furniture place to see what they had. I returned to Bob's in minutes and purchased the sofa from Bob's! Mr. Nowlin was friendly and answered all my questions. The friend I came with was also looking for a sofa and will return with her fiance next week to buy the same one I ordered. I highly recommend Bob's! Bob's had the best price, warranty and selection. I looked at three other furniture stores. I am looking forward to getting my new sofa.”

Prices are low to moderate. This store is so large that I recently spent over one hour shopping here, and I did not even look closely at all aisles. I selected several products for my kitchen and dining room. The cashier promptly rang up my purchase, carefully wrapped my dishes, and thanked me.”

“Not one complaint or regret about anything. Ethan our designer was super awesome. He brought our vision to life(actually better than what we thought). Our contractor Jack and his partner Bob was great! Jack kept us informed of the day by day details. He was very particular in his work and made sure everything was perfect. Both were very polite and treated our home like it was their home. You couldn’t tell they were there when they left(everything was very cleaned). John the plumber was great also. The process to get our dream bathroom was very easy.”
