500 Settlers Ridge Center Dr, Pittsburgh“I love the nerdy pictures like the classic Sonic and Super Mario Bros canvases in the housewares. The kitchenware offerings were also tempting. There was a lemon shaped tea strainer which was adorable. I don't think about this place often, but when I do, I'm pleasantly surprised by what I see. It's a little hidden treasure with a bit of everything.”

9931 Mountain View Dr, West Mifflin“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”

3945 Washington Rd, McMurray“I love finding random crystals for sale here. Their jewelry selection is the best around. I love their home goods as well. The clothing leaves a trillion to be desired. It's too hard to sort through and the racks out front don't have cute outfit ideas. ?♀️”

“Kyndall, Store associate in Sephora provided excellent customer service! She was courteous and extremely helpful, I appreciated her assistance in making my selection/purchase!!”
“Clean and spacious Target store. One of the nicer ones in the area. Appears to be a high volume location due to being next to Sam’s Club and right off 279. There is plenty of parking and space so it does not feel congested. Happy to have this close!”

1600 Park Manor Blvd, Pittsburgh“I was trying on earrings with a very helpful sales lady and I left my own earring on the counter. I called and the manager overnighted me my earring since I live out of town. They were so nice about it, and even called to give me the tracking number. Above and beyond customer service here.”
“We have always liked Macy's for their variety, quality and sales staff. This experience was exactly that. The one stand out was a salesman in the shoe department. He has worked at Macy's for many years, was friendly, very knowledgeable and definitely knew shoes. I got a super comfortable pair of Rockport black dress shoes. And the reason we went there was, as I told my wife after looking for shoes in several other places that didn't fit well, including on line, that we should go to Macy's because I can usually find shoes there. They proved me right again.”

4717 McKnight Rd, Pittsburgh“Has a great shopping experience w/a niece and two nephews - we got numerous excellent scented candles, Halloween decor, and other incidentals. Great value in all items. Had a minor issue w/order, called the store. Manager Nick was cordial, helpful and efficient. The value of what we bought is excellent - will definitely come again soon!”
“I want to commend the staff at the BIG LOTS store in Bridgeville, PA. I accidentally locked my car keys, phone, and purse in my car on Sunday, May 12th. They were very kind and did everything possible to get someone to come and unlock my car. Unfortunately, we had to call a locksmith but BRAVO to all the staff.
They are the BEST!”

8000 McKnight Rd, Pittsburgh“Marshalls is my go-to place for great deals on brand-name stuff. They have everything from clothes and shoes to home decor and gifts. The store is clean and organized, making it easy to find what you need. The staff are always friendly and helpful, which makes shopping there even better. I love that I can find unique items without spending a fortune. If you’re looking for quality products go here.
Love my JBL headphones and Clip Speakers”

600 Chauvet Dr, Pittsburgh“Shout out to the Target employees for being the most helpful people anywhere! Always kind and gracious, if you cannot find something, they will walk you to the exact spot! And smile while doing so! They are the absolute best.”
“I've shopped at JCPenney for at least 40 years. I primarily shop for clothing since I wear a petite size. Out of all of the department stores they have the best selection and their prices are reasonable!! I've bought all types of home products as well. Oh, and I can't forget to mention shoes too! Great selection. You simply can't go wrong at JCPenney!!”

1200 Park Manor Blvd, Pittsburgh“Me and my mom visited this place today to buy household items for my new apt I’m moving in and one of the employees (Selda) offered help to us and made sure we got everything we needed. Right from the start, she graciously offered her assistance and went above and beyond to ensure we found everything we needed. Selda's warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, and her guidance throughout our visit was invaluable. Without a doubt, she is the epitome of a wonderful store employee. I can't express how grateful we are for her assistance, and I genuinely hope she receives the recognition she deserves. A heartfelt thank you to her for making our day so much brighter! :))”

“I just had to post about my last visit.
Nothing bad, a normal visit but we were at the register and my wife asked if chimes were included in the sale since they were with all the outdoor items that were on sale. The guy said it should have a sign posted, it didn't but he went back and checked anyway. He came back with a chime, rang it up and it was on sale. The wife wanted a different chime, so we got out of line and went looking.
We came back and now there was a line, there wasn't before.
Anyway, after a bit the guy up front went to another register and started ringing up people on the other register. I think the customer had a issue with finding a coupon or something ? so he moved over to keep things moving. ??
That was when we both noticed we hadn't seen any other employees while we there.
Once we got to the register, my wife asked if their was anyone else working? He said it was just him and the manager. On a Saturday.
Anyway I just wanted to recognize the young man for his diligence in the situation.
People always want to post negative things. He was very kind and helpful to all the customers. Most situations like that, you will have a cashier not as friendly or as helpful as my guy was, and maybe even with a little attitude.
I don't know his name but he was very tallllll.”
“I had an appointment with Carmella and she is truly the best. She fixed someone else’s terrible haircut a few years ago for me and I been going to her ever since! Book with her and you won’t be disappointed!”
“Macys is a great place to find those gifts you can't normally find. Prices a little high but this is one of very few left so it's worth paying more for a good thing. The people are very helpful not pushy and they are more then willing to help you find those things you maybe can't. ?Macys”

301 S Hills Village, Pittsburgh“I have been boycotting Macy's for over five years after an extremely hostile situation when trying to pay off the credit card. So it took alot for me to shop here, even online. I needed an evening gown, so I sucked it up and found two, one of which I kept and the other returned. The four star rating is because the sales associate who handled the return was so kind and helpful and was pleasant to work with. She was efficient and offered alternatives. Otherwise, I have no use for Macy's, but it is the only traditional department store near me in the mall.”
“The Big Lots stores in Pittsburgh (Moon twp.) and in Fairmont , WV are both wonderful. Finding deals and fun items with wonderful and helpful employees. HOWEVER...PLEASE NOTE: THE ONE IN Bridgeport, WV....local to me....is horrible. Items not stocked well and absolutely rude employees! As a disabled woman I went up to the counter when there was no one in line and they forced me to walk around the entire display area before I was allowed to check out! The rudeness continued during the checkout purchase. I may be disabled...but I am an RNC PhD x2 and own a jewelry and specialty gift shop for over 22 years.! I would never treat anyone....even a homeless person the way I was treated here! Considering filing a state complaint! Sad , because the other 2 stores are wonderful and a pleasure to shop in!”
“In and out quickly with the online ordering and pick up in store option. The Target on Lebanon Church Rd is usually well stocked with household essentials and health and beauty products. Rarely have they been out of something I was shopping for. Employees here have always been polite and helpful. The store is and has always been organized, neat and clean. We used to shop here often but moved. Now it's too far out of the way to regularly shop.”
“Easy to get in & out of parking. Able to locate merchandise in my size. Disappointed in lack of wide width women's dress shoes. Dressing rooms needed attention.”
“It's the only one left in the area but it's still a bargain for home goods. They have the best deals on towels, sheets and home items. The sales team was very kind and helpful.”
“I wanted to share a rare experience I had at this Walmart today. I was at the return area when two elderly ladies came into the store. One of them shouted at an employee who looked Asian, asking where the restroom was. The employee couldn't help her because he didn't seem to know English. Another female employee, who was handling returns, told the lady that he didn't know English and directed her to the restroom. The elderly lady shouted again, saying, "Then keep someone who knows English."
The employee responded by saying that Walmart employs multicultural staff and does not discriminate based on language. I just wanted to salute her for her response. I wish I knew her name; she is a hero.
She is the real embassador this great country.”
