If you value your health, do not go anywhere near CVS. Over the past few months, they have been changing their business practices to accommodate employees over patients and customers. This particular location has the most unprofessional employees, I have ever had a displeasure of dealing with. Take it from someone who did not take the time to read other reviews for this location. There is a reason they have a 2.5 rating and they go out of their way to earn it.

I'm a Type 2 Diabetic, just today I went hypoglycemic for some reason, when I called my father to grab me Contour Next Strips as I had run out, he was greeted by a woman named Ashley. Having asked her were the strips were she gave him a 100 pack from behind the counter, these are only to be sold with a prescription. Sold him these for $146.99. When I found out I called and told them I already used a couple, they refused to make it right. All lazy Ashley had to do was tell my father over the counter strips, a 35 or 70 pack that costs $25 or 50+ respectfully are in isle 7.... Today my father was prey to a lazy ignorant pharmacy tech and I don't appreciate that whatsoever. I hope Emily or Bill the store managers can make this right and refund my father some of the cost. Pharmacy technician and pharmacists should always be truthful and trustworthy. This one clearly isn't.

This CVS has very pleasant and efficient staff. The store is clean and displays are nicely arranged.

Never again. Now I know why I never go here. I needed a prescription filled. Called, automated system said it was ready. So I headed down there, waited in line for almost 25 minutes. Not sure why there were about 5 people working there but people were just ignoring customers. Get up to the counter, they didn't enter my insurance information right. Sent me to another counter, waited while no one came to help, finally they did. They were pleasant enough, then they sent me back to the other line. Waited again. Approached the counter, said they didn't put the new sticker on the bag yet. Sent me back to wait again. Another 10 minutes later I approach the counter, they put my meds back on the filing shelf. Finally I paid for my meds, but a simple medication pick up turned into about 45 minutes for something so simple. Also the counter where you spoke to the clerks had dirty balled up tissues on it. Gross. Yeah, never again. Avoid at all costs.

Guy there thinks he's a ups shipping magnate. Wouldn't ship package because the copies of the slips weren't in a pouch, but were taped like they always are for the same type of shipment.

My insurance website says we are covered to get prescriptions here. CVS is claiming they won't fill the prescription. They'll never get our business again.

I have not had 1 single decent experience here. My usual pharmacy is in Castle Shannon, I decided to give cvs another chance because I needed my medication quickly. I would have been better off just driving to my pharmacy! After 25 min of them being unable to find my rx my Dr called for me and found out they had it, they were filling it but no one bothered to tell me. I also overheard them discussing my medication and laughing about my need for it. ?

Bruh the line is long and we were waiting behind cars I am actually about to ask my doctor about switching to home delivery because they are taking way too long I would not get your prescription here I been yelled at for showing up before closing time
