Rudest workers ever! If I wasn't bound here by my insurance, I would find another pharmacy immediately!

There was a busy afternoon and there was someone at the register taking up a lot of their time. The guy at the register had patience, but I didn't and went to the drop off window instead. The lead tech helped answer all my questions (I think her name was Jane) and had a great attitude despite being so short handed. I'll definitely be back.

I stopped in on my lunch break earlier this week and it was really busy. There was an issue with my insurance, and the gentleman at the register directed me to drop off, and a young lady with dreads helped explain the process with my deductible. Despite the pharmacy only having a few people working, she was calm, patient, helpful, and funny about our shared Caremark plans- and helped me find a lower price for my medication. I'm so glad that I switched pharmacies at the beginning of the year, and I even got some free covid tests (that the gentleman at the register suggested). I can't recommend highly enough, and definitely will be back.

The worst pharmacy you can ever deal with. Plus they are more expensive than Rite Aid and Walgreen by 1.5$ or 2$ may be more on each item.... Crazy I won't go there. NOT RECOMMEND CVS pharmacy at all

Pharmacy people are great, no problem there! Its that there are hardly any employees working there...i was startled a bit when saw grown man wearing all black, black bandanas on head and across face, and all you can see is eyes. Wears so much fake jewelry all over and piercings, ringing my order up.

This review is limited in scope to the Co Vid vaccine process. CVS now offers free Co Vid vaccines but you must schedule an appointment on line in advance. Many of the CVS carry the Pfizer vaccine. This one is one of the few in my neighborhood that offers Moderna. My daughter had opted to go with Moderna when she got her first dose so when she was done scheduling she was able to schedule a second dose at this location. I had recently become eligible for the booster and thought that rather than mix up the brands, I would just stick to Moderna which I originally got in the spring. When I made my appointment I couldn't get anywhere near the same time frame as my daughter's second dose. I therefore decided to go with her and find out if we could get ours together. After being told that I could if we were willing to wait for all the scheduled appointments we decided to go that route. At most our wait was about 20 minutes. My daughter went first. She brought her vaccine card and the administrator updated it and answered any questions or concerns she had. She got her 2nd dose without a hitch. When my turn came I had my insurance card since I was told to bring it to my appointment but found they didn't need it. I handed them my card and was given a new one since my previous card had been laminated. I watched carefully as the administrator measured the dose, asked me which arm to get it in and then like that it was over. CVS does give you a coupon to use for getting your vaccine here which is $5.00 off a $20.00 purchase. Having an "extra care" card which is their rewards program helped me buy whatever I needed while the two of us hung around the required 15 minutes before leaving. This CVS is a larger store and carries more inventory than the one I usually visit. They have a descent size parking lot and is conveniently located on Chestnut St as you are taking the Carnegie exit off I 376. Although it is not the one I will frequent due to location, it was still nice to know that both my daughter and I could get the vaccines we needed and that they were able to accommodate us both.

Sent a prescription to cvs and talked with a pharmacist who said it would be ready by 3 pm. We pull up to the pickup at 745 pm (they close at 8pm) and we are told that they got a lot of orders in and could we pull over it would be another 5-10 minutes unless we wanted to wait in the drive thru if 'it was that big of a deal' we could wait in the drive thru. We elected to wait and in 5 minutes it was done. Very poor service .... and attitude ... wish I could go elsewhere with insurance.

Called pharmacy twice to see if my prescription was ready (didn't have my Rx #) but have been using them for years. On hold 10 minutes then was disconnected. Called back and got same.

Worst pharmacy in the Western Hemisphere! This pharmacy has the poorest, nastiest, most incompetent people and customer service. Prices are high not only in the pharmacy but everywhere in the store. Higher than convenience store prices. They suck people in with so called sales and specials and fleece you with everything else. And just try to call the pharmacy, but only if you have lots of time to wait on hold. The CVS company needs overhauled and/ or put out of business. This isn't a personal thing, it's just the truth. Beware.

This pharmacy is incompetent. They can't get instuctions from hospital on what to provide when a mixture of prescriptions/over the counter. Takes an hour to fill and then is still incorrect. Customer service is rude. Other CVS's are good but this one I would go out of my way to go someplace else than go here. This is not the only time they were horrible service - it has been every time I tried to deal with them. Unfortunately, my healthcare requires me to deal with CVS.

This is the most unorganized and least friendly pharmacy I have ever been too. Customer service should be a definitely job goal for the gentleman that works in the evening shift.
