“I had a ceramic coating and ceramic tint done on my 24 Subaru Impreza.The owner is very upfront and honest, excellent communication. Shop is clean and staff was friendly and professional.John was very upfront about pricing and talked me through the process (I was unfamiliar with ceramic coatings), no sales pitch, just the facts.They had my car for about 4 days, dropped off Monday morning and picked up Friday afternoon. This was exactly as expected and seems to be the standard for ceramic coating.After picking up my car I was BLOWN AWAY. They did some paint correction as well which made my already brand new car somehow look EVEN BETTER. The ceramic looks great and now that I can wash it, I can tell you that it does exactly what it says on the tin: crazy shine, great water beading, and it is very easy to wash.Alex did my tint, he did an excellent job as well. No scratches or any other blemishes in the tint film he applied, whole window is covered. Ceramic tint looks great and does a great job at rejecting heat.My ONLY complaint is that there was some streaking from the soapy water used to apply the tint on my interior door trim. This was easy enough to get off with a damp microfiber towel, but I probably shouldn't have to do that myself. Again, that was my only complaint and admittedly it's a very minor issue.Future Image is a great local shop, and I would do business with them again. 10/10.”

“Joe is very transparent and do the with very reasonable price not like any dealer service center…I had issue with my Honda accord door, it was locked and not opening … Dealer service center quote way more expensive to fix the door ….but Joe simply fix the door by replace small part with less price and explained the issue and suggested to buy parts my own so that I am aware of the price of the part. I am very happy with his service. On top of it he is very humble and friendly person. I strongly recommend him.”

“Passing through town on our way to a concert in Burgettstown, we had to make an emergency stop off the highway. After a couple of phone calls to near by repair shops, we were recommended to go to Zuk. We basically showed up at their facility and asked that they help to diagnose and repair our vehicle within our time constraints. Within 15 minutes, Jeff, the mechanic was taking our truck on a test drive. Then it was pulled right into a bay. They stopped everything they were working on for the day and focused on us. Jeff quickly figured out that the front passenger wheelbearing needed to be replaced. The Zuk family went to the parts store and Jeff got to work removing parts. After 2.5 hours, our vehicle was ready for the road again. And, a last minute tip from the Zuk's gave us an alternate route to get to the venue, mitigating a highway closure and saving us time in traffic. We arrived in time for the show! “This place has been around since war world two. The original owner Frank ran the garage and charge people what was fair. Jeff the son had the same beliefs of fairness. Now the sister is doing the same thing. I live in Cleveland but my dad that past away 5 years ago around the same time Frank pasted. Zuk garage is the only place he used. When my van lost its coolant and overheated. I was in Deep Creek Lake MD and had AAA tow it to this shop. Now coolant cost $20 a gallon and I had lost all of mine and a connector part broke. The repair bill was $58.00 I ask you can you trust a shop like this? They could have told me anything and charge hundreds. Honus Fair Good people. This is what the Zuk family is truly all about.
