My go to store for literally EVERYTHING! I live only 5-6 mins away so me and my husband go here alot for household needs, snacks, drinks ect. I can even get my pet food there. The store is always clean, aisles are clutter free unlike other dollar generals i have seen. The employees are all friendly and make you feel welcomed every day. They know my family now considering how much we go there.

Very good customer service with a very good store manager who was very understanding and knew her job well. On 4-21-2021 at 1:00pm I needed a refund for an electronic item. The dollar general computer system declined the refund even though I never left the parking lot because I wanted to verify that the item worked. It did not. The manager was very helpful and was able to override the declined refund. She did this quickly and with a positive attitude. Thank you dollar general in carmichaels pa.

It is a small store so one would expectthen have limited stock. But I found it to appear Run down & dirty inside. The only thing that excited me was they carried bbq Frito's and I haven't seen those in years.

Employees are friendly but not one person ,customer or employee, had a mask on this morning. It had been rate to see overall making of the employees since this all started. The state requirements are still in place as of this morning. It is disappointing all the sacrifices parents and small businesses have had to take to try to protect our children, customers, employees and livelihood, but wearing a mask is the biggest challenge for this organization.
