Went to return a piece of equipment and service was excellent. Greg was wonderful. Explained the situation and he took care of everything in a matter of minutes.

Going into the Xfinity store in Carlisle, PA is always a horrible experience. No one ever knows what they are doing and needs to “get their manager”. This evening we went in to upgrade our phones based on promotions we had seen. The 3 young men working in the store had no idea what was going on to the point that I questioned if they were actual employees. The one guy walked around and read the tags next to the phones to see what the promotions were. All 3 of them were going through computers trying to find what the promotions were. They had no clue. One of the 3 appeared to give up and walked into the back room. They finally determined that the one we were interested in was for new customers. We were told that we could open new lines to get new phones. We both use our phones for work as well as personal, why would we get new phone numbers? The time we were in the store was the biggest waste of 10 minutes I’ve had in a while.Whoever reads these reviews and has the power to staff that store, please do a better job. You are losing customers because no one working there ever knows what is going on and the store always smells like cigarette smoke.

This is the worst internet service I've ever had. I'm currently paying for 1GB/sec internet service and have to disconnect every device in my home in order to stream live sports. As I write this review the Steelers game is buffering for 30 seconds about every 3 minutes.When we called to complain about our abysmal Internet service blame was immediately put on our router. Jokes on Xfinity because we purchased the router and a WiFi extender through them. To make it even better, speaking to a human being on the phone is near impossible.If anyone is considering using Xfinity for internet service, please use any other provider in the area. Smoke signals would be more reliable for getting up to date information than this constant cycle of buffering every few minutes.Just for the people that will say I must be doing something wrong; both of our cell phones are on Verizon 5G and disconnected from Wifi, the router is approximately 5 feet from our television, and I've turned off our Xbox and computers. Nothing is hooked up to our Internet except our living room TV.This is ridiculous and just proof that the massive companies will use and abuse you for every single cent they can. My wife and I are currently exploring the idea of just eating the cost of our (according to Xfinity) top of the line router and using another internet service so that we can get our money's worth.Avoid this company like the plague.

Why have monthly bills stopped being mailed?Haven't received one since March and it's now June. So apparently now I owe like 800 dollars....I don't think so!!!!

No one can help.they schedule you for service 5 days out. Internet is down and kids can’t get school work completed. My conversation was with someone from the Philippines. If they don’t know what is going on they schedule you further out.

My husband and I both bought new Samsung cell phones at this store. We've never had trouble with our cell phones' performance until now. First off it took 2 trips to the store to successfully activate my phone. Then after a couple weeks my phone began to split all group text messages and then not download them. Texts would not send, and I did not receive important messages from family members. I took the phone in. The fellow spent about a half hour trying to figure out what was wrong. He couldn't resolve the issue, then he installed a different text app and I went on my way. It began again a couple days later. I took the phone in again, and another fellow tried to figure out what was wrong. He changed the text app back to the original one. Next, after initially pairing with my car's audio system this phone would not pair. Tried my old phone- no problem. I took the phone in AGAIN. The fellow said it showed it was paired with CAR. (When I went back out to the car it was not paired and I still got the "will not pair message" in the phone. It may have actually paired with an audio device he had.) Another guy then appeared from the back room and said it was outside the 14 day window so there is "nothing they can do." REALLY? I said it was a lemon and they should stand behind what they sell. The guy (Chris) pointed to a bowl of fruit and said (I kid you not) "Those are lemons. That is a cell phone." Cute, really cute. So know that my spouse's phone is fine, none of these problems. I know how to pair bluetooth devices. I would not recommend this store to anyone. While one of the employees is a straight shooter I am doubtful of some others. How many times are you willing to go back for problems? Try another store. Never again.

Lack of service. There are incompetent employees they don't know how to solve problems. It is better to do it ourselves.

Nasty people that lie about service and charge you when your account is closed then will not refund the payment for 2 month still waiting. Good Luck!!! Bunch of thieves !!!!!!!
