For the second time since I purchased a Galaxy S24+ a few weeks ago, the employees at the Carlisle store have been extremely helpful. I ordered my phone from Xfinity online, so did the setup myself and just needed a little guidance for a couple of things. Both times (about three weeks apart) I went into the store to get in-person help, Greg was the person who took care of me. He's quick and efficient, as well as friendly with a sense of humor while maintaining professionalism. I've observed how other employees are dealing with customers while I'm there, and they also seemed to be very helpful.

I got a used Iphone and needed it hooked up so the phone would
receive calls. Service was great and fast and he even threw in an extra cord for free.

Was very upset when my bill increased by 40 dollars a month. Tried for over 2 hours to talk to someone online or the phone and it was a waste of time. Just kept getting automated voice instructions that were useless. Finally went to the Chambersburg store and was met immediately upon entrance by a very nice young man who took my information and told me the person dealing with bills had someone but would be with me in a minute. Waited about 10 minutes and another very nice guy looked at my bill, looked up my account and explained that my promotion was over but he could look at new options. He showed me several options and when we finalized my new contract, my bill was actually 15 dollars lower than what it had been. Very nice group to work with and took their time explaining various options.

Went to return a piece of equipment and service was excellent. Greg was wonderful. Explained the situation and he took care of everything in a matter of minutes.

No customer support. They don’t know what customer service is. I work from home and pay my bills and they disconnected my service. They told me they were sorry and it should be up and running in a couple days! Worst experience ever

Worked with Patrick to remove some unwanted features from my plan and to return some unused equipment. Patrick was great, met me at the door, took my hardware, removed the features I didn't want, and had me back out the door on my home ten minutes later. I was dreading having to call in to Comcast phone support, because they're awful, but if you can go into a physical location, they make it much easier for you, and you don't have to stay on hold for potentially hours. Thanks, Patrick!

So many good things to say, I don't know where to begin. I was treated with respect, kindness, understanding, and so much help with my wireless needs! Jake, Patrick, and Donovan were all so good to me, knowledgeable, not pushy or judgemental, I could go on and on. This is the only place I will need to go for anything "wireless"!

Horrible internet service. Major outages (four to six hours) multiple times a week that are somehow repaired but then break a few days later. Xfinity, please do not use a bot to post a link - I do not need to connect with you when your agents tell me the same information I can see on my own. Go with glo fiber, if you live in Carlisle.

Going into the Xfinity store in Carlisle, PA is always a horrible experience. No one ever knows what they are doing and needs to “get their manager”. This evening we went in to upgrade our phones based on promotions we had seen. The 3 young men working in the store had no idea what was going on to the point that I questioned if they were actual employees. The one guy walked around and read the tags next to the phones to see what the promotions were. All 3 of them were going through computers trying to find what the promotions were. They had no clue. One of the 3 appeared to give up and walked into the back room. They finally determined that the one we were interested in was for new customers. We were told that we could open new lines to get new phones. We both use our phones for work as well as personal, why would we get new phone numbers? The time we were in the store was the biggest waste of 10 minutes I’ve had in a while.Whoever reads these reviews and has the power to staff that store, please do a better job. You are losing customers because no one working there ever knows what is going on and the store always smells like cigarette smoke.

This is the worst internet service I've ever had. I'm currently paying for 1GB/sec internet service and have to disconnect every device in my home in order to stream live sports. As I write this review the Steelers game is buffering for 30 seconds about every 3 minutes. When we called to complain about our abysmal Internet service blame was immediately put on our router. Jokes on Xfinity because we purchased the router and a WiFi extender through them. To make it even better, speaking to a human being on the phone is near impossible. If anyone is considering using Xfinity for internet service, please use any other provider in the area. Smoke signals would be more reliable for getting up to date information than this constant cycle of buffering every few minutes.Just for the people that will say I must be doing something wrong; both of our cell phones are on Verizon 5G and disconnected from Wifi, the router is approximately 5 feet from our television, and I've turned off our Xbox and computers. Nothing is hooked up to our Internet except our living room TV.This is ridiculous and just proof that the massive companies will use and abuse you for every single cent they can. My wife and I are currently exploring the idea of just eating the cost of our (according to Xfinity) top of the line router and using another internet service so that we can get our money's worth.Avoid this company like the plague.

Comcast is terrible. No customer service and manipulative sales practices.
