Please everyone make sure you always check your bank balance well from cents to pennies, they steal people money, especially when you about to receive a paycheck or incoming money in your account they will always try and steal money from you from 30,35,46 and 50 dollars easily without you knowing it at all. The first thing you will see it the increase of your account balance and not pay attention to any other thing, imagine they steal this kind of amount from every banker each and every week or two weeks, I have been using this bank for more than 5 years now and I am about to get this account closed, I swear to God! I know what am saying about this bank bunch of criminals, this is why I don’t really like keeping money into my account. Pay good attention, this bank is made to bring people down and make them stay broke by stealing money from them. I have been warn about them before but I never listen and now I know what people are saying about Wells Fargo is true.

This is a 2-part review. Due to WF bank inner workings & despite our best efforts we were forced to drive from Pittsburgh to Carlisle to conduct bank business. Major pain in the butt….however, we made an appointment to speak with a banker (his name escapes me) who could not have been more helpful or professional. He took his time triple checking to make certain we would not need to make a return trip to conclude our business with Wells Fargo.

Here on a Wednesday at 1:24pm and the banker is done for the day. There was no banker or supervisor to help with issues and concerns for two small business accounts both doing millions a year and federal contracts. I will be closing them both and going elsewhere. Tired of waiting on hold for non-answers and run arounds. I can't even get a debit card because they won't send it to our mailing address and only our physical address, which doesn't have Postal Service. Same with checks. Same with deposit slips. They also won't send it to the branch for pickup because and I quote, that's not secure. And the US Postal Service is secure? Also beware, they pull withdrawals overnight before deposits. So if you deposit money in the morning and write checks in the afternoon, they count that as an overdraft and charge you. This practice is illegal and can irreparably harm a small business's reputation and their bottom line with fees and the stigma of bounced checks. Not to mention higher fees than we were quoted upon sign up to send and receive International Wires and ACH payments. Plus, they are unable to provide reports or details on any debit received. I got more information and lower fees from our local, only a few counties wide, credit union. I've been with this "company" in some form or another since it was First Union and Wheat First Securities. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

How? How is it that a Wells Fargo branch would only have one banker that sets up business accounts, and the one banker doesn't find it convenient for him to help a small business owner set up a new account at 3:41 PM? When he clearly had nothing else going on and only one other person in the bank at the teller. Where have all of the hard-working people gone to in this country??? Hey, Wells Fargo, I know it's tough out there trying to find decent people, but c'mon, people like this guy (the ONLY banker in Carlisle) should not be representing you to the real go-getting entrepreneurs out here!Wish there was a half star!

Came on a Saturday morning (my only day off). Called the number listed on the door, gave all the information, and was told a banker was coming to the door to help us. A banker did, right then, and said we didn't have an appointment (after we'd gone through the entire process on the phone) and would not let us in to help us. There were no other customers in there being helped and when we went through the drive through the banker was talking to the teller. I've never been treated so poorly at bank. It is difficult to find people who want to work anymore. Other banks are open and still have decent customer service. I've banked with them since they were First Union (over 30 years). Must be time to find a new option.

There was a young man who sits at the front desk as soon as you walk in the doors who I had an appointment with a bit later. Even though he told me his schedule was busy, which I could tell he was lying over the phone, I arrived an hour early and found him sitting at his empty desk doing absolutely nothing but looking at his cell phone. It was a flat out lie when he said he was busy and delayed my need to see a Wells Fargo rep. I found this man to be of below average intelligence and incredibly lazy. He then took my personal information and trembling with glee, (yes, you read that right) said he was going to submit it to harm me financially. Sleazy, CREEPY! and unprofessional. This bank has a legacy or corruption, racism, cover ups and even punishing their own whistleblowers. Google: Wells Fargo corrupt or Wells Fargo Dirty Money Netflix

Kind, professional and willing to help us out in a time crunch. Was driving across the country from NJ to OH to pick up a vehicle and needed a notary for DMV ASAP. This is the only branch we could find on the route. Although they were busy, they were able to squeeze us in in between the notary’s appointments for the day. Thank you so much for the help!!! Don’t listen to the bad reviews people have left, these people are very nice, patient and willing to help.

Emergency plumbing done by Pronto Plumbing Camp Hill. They sold a Wells Fargo loan contract to us. 18 month zero interest for $5,500. At the end of the 18 month, only $1,500 was still owed. We payed off the balance. With no warning. Wells Fargo said it should have been paid before the 18 months so they are taking back the zero interest and charging an additional $2,300 on a paid off credit loan! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE VILLAINS. THEY HAVE BEEN FINED $ BILLIONS BY FEDERAL PROSECUTORS. We are printing warning flyers including letters to all 50 state governments, distributing letters locally and have contacted all 4 local consumer affairs broadcast TV stations to do follow up. Please! Do not get ripped off like we did. There are other honest banks in our community.

ABYSMAL! Their system has been compromised before, they’ve leaked “accidentally” thousands of their clients personal information, which wasnt even a malicious act it was an accident. They transferred our house payment to another bank entirely. I made a payment on a personal loan early, but wells fargo doesnt recognize early payments, and i ended up getting a double payment later.I paid off my loan, 10 days ago and was just told by a branch manager that i have to call one of their 1 800 numbers to close it out!! So if i didnt enquire would they have billed me later? I’ve been on hold now for 27 minutes to close the account i paid off 10 days agoDont go to this horribly run dis-organization

Incredibly slow with no remorse for being slow. As a store manager, I do not have time to stand around. The manager even had his employee count ANOTHER PERSONS money so I had to wait even longer!
