Listen to the other reviews! Sketchy, tries to push things on you. I asked for the price difference between two iPhones and we were there for over 30 mins and never once got told the price difference. Instead we got asked numerous times what shows we watch, what streaming services we use, tried to push their WiFi on us as well as tablets and watches. We went to the other Verizon and were in and out within 20 mins and ordered two separate phones.

Employee Natalie is the best! She took care of problem I encountered. She sold me 4 new products and she explained the billing when I received my first monthly bill. She was patient and offered suggestions. She understands the products and the billing and puts one's mind at ease. Super employee!

Biggest con artists there are out there. They charge outrageous prices for their trash service. Do not go with them. Choose anyone else. They're sending me a bill for $0.32 after I disconnected my line. That's pathetic. I hate this god awful company.

I went into the store for some help to get my email working correctly after buying my new Iphone here a week ago. Tristan and Sahara were so incredibly rude and not helpful. I asked Tristan to not talk down to me the way he did and he flipped out and was yelling at me. I was disappointed and left. I have never been treated so horribly for no reason. Customer service is dead!!

Extremely slow and sketchy and untrustworthy customer service. Spent hours there and their prices changed by the minute. Then came back a few days later and specifically said we didn’t want something added (insurance), repeatedly, and they added it to the bill anyways (didn’t realize this until an hour after we left). I would highly not recommend them, and I’ve never written a bad review on any other place in my life.

I took 4 hours to get my lines added for a family plan. We were told our bill would be $160. Our first bill is $370 with an on going bill of $190. Went in to upgrade a phone a few days later and they changed the price of the service charge between our conversation and the bill and added a line protection plane which we specifically told them not to. We we not shown our final bill on his mobile device or in print. Spent an hour on the phone with a service rep to correct the issues. I hope this is the only Verizon store that operates like a shady used car dealership. Double check everything!!!

Natalie helped us with purchasing and setting up our new phones today. She is incredibly helpful, kind, and very funny! Will definitely be requesting her for all of our future purchases and issues.

Josh helped us with getting new phones. We stopped by a week later Husband had a problem and Jason helped him that day. Both employees really did an outstanding job helping us old-timers with our phones. Thank you both.

They were nice enough, but two employees were playing games on phones, and the other two were too lazy to ship out a turned in Apple watch and handed me the box to go to UPS. I don't know what is wrong with this generation.

Three years ago I gave this store a 5 star review. I went in last week and my, how things have changed. It was a bit after 4pm and there were customs waiting everywhere. Most of the staff were in the back room. Finally I ask a gentleman to sign me in and he informed me I might want to make an appointment since if it gets close to 5pm I will be turned away. (I'm here to spend $1800). Okay I'll wait thank you. The young man that did help me seemed a bit put out but I ordered a phone from him and it went fast. However he never even took the time to ask me what color phone I wanted. I'm sure since I was going to order online but had other questions the color is asked. Nope I got the basic color. All other questions I had I'm suppose to do online. What happened to customer service? And when you call Verizon you get sent to another country and just want to get off the phone because you have no idea what is going on. The money I have spent with this company since bag phones came out is mind blowing. I should think they could afford to have people help their customers spend their hard earned money

This was going to be a 5 star review but then my sister got a text saying insurance was added to the phones I just upgraded. The sales rep and myself never discussed adding insurance and it was added without my consent. I work in sales and it’s these types of actions that give the rest of us a bad name.

I went in New Year's Eve about an hour before closing and Andrew assisted me in upgrading my phone. The process of getting a new phone and processing the transaction was quick and painless. Andrew was knowledgeable and efficient. This is the 3rd phone that I have purchased here from over the years and always have found this location the best.

If looking for great customer service, I recommend visiting this location. Plans are a little expensive, but service tends to be great.
