For 9 months I’ve been waiting to return a device, never received a return box so the tell me go to there corporate office I make sure to tell the to make sure they can take it and drive 45 minutes just to be told no . On top of that destroyed home lights installing the equipment. Everything they do is to take more money but they scam you to do it

I took 4 hours to get my lines added for a family plan. We were told our bill would be $160. Our first bill is $370 with an on going bill of $190. Went in to upgrade a phone a few days later and they changed the price of the service charge between our conversation and the bill and added a line protection plane which we specifically told them not to. We we not shown our final bill on his mobile device or in print. Spent an hour on the phone with a service rep to correct the issues. I hope this is the only Verizon store that operates like a shady used car dealership. Double check everything!!!

Three years ago I gave this store a 5 star review. I went in last week and my, how things have changed. It was a bit after 4pm and there were customs waiting everywhere. Most of the staff were in the back room. Finally I ask a gentleman to sign me in and he informed me I might want to make an appointment since if it gets close to 5pm I will be turned away. (I'm here to spend $1800). Okay I'll wait thank you. The young man that did help me seemed a bit put out but I ordered a phone from him and it went fast. However he never even took the time to ask me what color phone I wanted. I'm sure since I was going to order online but had other questions the color is asked. Nope I got the basic color. All other questions I had I'm suppose to do online. What happened to customer service? And when you call Verizon you get sent to another country and just want to get off the phone because you have no idea what is going on. The money I have spent with this company since bag phones came out is mind blowing. I should think they could afford to have people help their customers spend their hard earned money

I cannot begin to explain how poorly I was treated at this store by Mr. Cunningham the manager. I'm a decade long Verizon customer with over $24,000 spent on plans and devices in the last 10 years. But that doesn't matter to them. They will get more customers to replace anyone who changes carriers. What was a great transaction one day, turned south the next as soon as the store manager had to deal with the problem they created for me. 1) My IPhone 7S suddenly would not charge. I brought it into the Westminster store to have it checked out. I was there for four hours on Wednesday. The IPhone was pronounced defective by the representative Curt French and I was told 100% covered under Verizon warranty. Curt is excellent regardless of the following events. So is Josh. 2) I again tried to have a name inaccuracy on my bill corrected. I was told it was after providing my social security card to prove it to Verizon. They had to fax it. It took an hour. 3) I was told I would get my replacement phone the next day via FEDEX since it was covered by warranty. I specified sending it to my Carlisle PA address, and said I would stay another day before returning to Washington DC. I need the phone for my business. I was pleased enough to give them some more business and buy a $1000 Galaxy. I have three phones with this store. The next day, I waited all day at home only to find out that Verizon would not deliver my replacement until Saturday. This was at 5 pm. I drove to the store and asked to see the manger Mr. Cunningham. I was angry that none of the things, except giving $1000 for my new Galaxy, had been accomplished. He did not want talk alone, he wanted to talk in front of other customers. I told him that they didn't need to hear my complaint. After a few minutes, he said "Please show me respect." because I was angry. At no time was I abusive, swearing, or belittling. However he decided that this was too uncomfortable, so tried to make the difficulty about me. Not the complete failure of his store to do what they said they would do, and fix my problem and get me a phone. This was all based on information they had given me. Not mine. Until I addressed the issue directly with Mr. Cunningham, at no time did he seem to grasp the gravity of the work-days re-arrangement to get a phone I had already paid for. In fact, He sat behind the counter with his fist propping up his bearded chin, as if he was bored. This is a manager. I told him exactly that. He shrugged. Then the Verizon rep who I had on the phone came back on to tell me of the mistake and that she was indeed very sorry. Her demeanor was one of customer service. His demeanor changed too, Interesting. Mr. Cunningham's solution for my wasted day and the wasted hours yesterday, was to ask me for the phone that wouldn't work and try to piggy-back a charger pack onto it for remote charging. I told him that his techs had examined the phone and said it wasn't charging. He said "Maybe its an outside shot. I'm trying to get you going here. I wouldn't charge you for using it until your new phone gets in." REALLY? He totally screw up my day and my order and weren't going to charge me for a problem they created? How nice! Now comes the punchline. I took the supposed "broken" IPhone 7S to an Apple Store in Washington DC today. They opened the phone up. No moisture. Good. They checked the battery. Good. They checked the port, good. They plugged it in and charged it for 30 minutes. Good. Now tell me who is ripping off who? There is nothing wrong with my phone. Apple indicated it may be a charger cord....yet the Verizon tech showed it "wasn't working " and even said some moisture may have gotten into it. Not according to Apple it didn't. Someone is trying to jack a sale and both the customer and Apple here. Finally, I told the manager that the frustrating part was that I knew nothing would be done about this, that they had my money and that would be that. He said "Oh no, let me get your email. I'

Upgrading my phone and paying a car are two things I put off! I upgraded my phone today at this store and the customer service was beyond amazing. They were swamped, so the manager was greeting people and checking them in. He was honest with the fact it was going to most likely be at least 45 minute wait. We received a text that we were checked in and then another one when we were next. Once we got to the counter, we were able to establish rapport quickly with the salesperson. He did not try to up-sell us on anything! We had his undivided attention until we left the store. When we were ready to go, the manager walked us out and once we were outside, he apologized again for the wait and asked how our experience was. I left feeling on Cloud 9. I had a new phone and was treated incredibly well! (The "we's" in this report refer to my husband and I.)

I bought my phones in here and had to stop back a few times for chargers (because all phone chargers suck now a days!) but they've always been really helpful and pretty fast, I've never waited more than a few minutes. The only issue I did have was that the sales person who sold me the phones, tried very hard to push a certain phone on me; coming in, I was very intrested in the Samsung products but everytime I went over to look at them, he would try and persuade me back to the HTC phones, not sure if he had some kind of bonus if he sold a certain phone but it was kind of off putting and he also pushed a white phone on me rather than the black phone I wanted. All and all though, I think they do a good job here.

The wait here is always awful while the salespeople work on selling extras and the line grows and grows
