this location is absolutely ridiculous and I hope that everybody will read this review thoroughly being that I worked at this location previously. It is a beautiful building and a beautiful facility. They definitely have it together. The employees here do not give a crap about what they do or the majority of them. They’re quick to service your package if they don’t feel like making the deliveries. On the handheld, you have options to where you can cheat the UPS system and come up with excuses as to not make the deliveries and that’s what many drivers do. I know firsthand on the diad aka hand held drivers use to change delivery statuses or service interruptions that way we the consumers don’t get our packages on time and people are paying for two day shipping when they don’t get it because the driver put some lame excuse in there because he wants to get off early on a Saturday afternoon Trust me it Happens and I’ve seen it multiple times. Management doesn’t really care right now because they’re shortstaffed and scrambling for drivers. There was a delivery that was supposed to take place that a specific two day shipment was paid for medical reasons. And it was three days late because of operative error I believe it said. Absolutely unexcused as a business and absolutely unexcused to treat your pain customers that way. I hope everyone reads this very thorough because I’m telling you the honest truth I’m not just an irate customer that didn’t get a package. Shame on you, UPS management and shame on you UPS drivers that make the wages that we make in you too lazy to get out of your truck ring a doorbell and finish your stops the way they should...... Below is an example of what your delivery looks like when they edit the functions and make your deliveries delayed because they don’t want or don’t have a driver to bring you your delivery after you’ve paid for it

Tracking details said packages arrived yesterday. A picture of a sidewalk with the sun shining (which is was not yesterday) attached…but no packages in the pic and it was not my sidewalk. So your drivers steal packages and you do what about it? Nothing? I made a claim with the shipper but I’m wondering how the heck you are still in business. The retailer said these type of pics and lost packages have been happening recently. Perhaps there needs to be an investigation into your company.

Estimated shipping from this location is always off. Every time I get a ups delivery they tell me it will arrive and have it on a truck and it will be 2-3 days before I receive it

I received a package from UPS which was for someone else on a different street in my neighborhood. I tried to use the website to get help so the package could be picked up and delivered to the right address, but there was no option available for what I was trying to do. Finally got someone to help me after numerous failed attempts. Instead of taking care of the problem, I was told that the information I gave would require someone to call me back. A couple of days later I got a voicemail saying that the package I was supposed to receive would be picked up by the driver and delivered to me. Obviously that was not what was supposed to happen. Since then I have tried calling them back but no one answers the phone in the department I’m supposed to talk to. Terrible experience.

I worked here. I've been trying to get my W-2 for quite some time. I started calling in February for it and always get told H.R will call me so on and so forth yet it never happens. I've been calling 1-4 times a week due to them not returning calls. They say I have to go on adp except I never had to make an account and putting my info in doesn't work to bring up the w-2 for ups. ADP can't help me create one or log in without something from ups so I'm in an endless loop and getting tired of it

I would give them less if I could but when you get laughed at when you contact them about your check you haven’t received after almost 3 weeks it’s becomes more of a matter of this job is not worth anyone working at they lie to you about schedules and expect you to almost run the line on week one then treat you as free labor in the end I wouldn’t recommend this to a person I wasn’t fond of this job isn’t worth it for anyone and they disrespect you as a worker and you as a customer when it comes to your mail it’s just flung all around their facilities

1 reviewer wrote "you better hope your package doesn't go here."They're right. Package was perfectly in transit until it hit this destination, where they randomly shipped it across the country for no reason. 0 stars. Package hasn't updated tracking in 2 days, so I had to open a lost claim.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This UPS hub steals people's stuff. My brand new TV that I just purchased from Samsung disappeared while at this facility. How they can "lose" a 50 inch TV is beyond me. When I call I get the run around and zero helpful answers. Beware if your purchases are being shipped through this facility.
