They suck in delivery services. Yes when you track your package when you get notified being out for delivery and at the end either late or never came. There goes your plan of the day all because it's false notification. Or maybe their delivery person just sucks period.

Great people but it's so hard to get a good customer service. I get it people are busy but ups needs to figure something out with a local customer service when there is issues with packaging

This HUB is aweful. First they didnt bother to attempt delivery yesterday and took package back to the HUB. Today they say they attempted but business was closed at 1030am… called customer service he tried to give me the same excuse. I told him its my PMB at a UPS store and its OPEN. Then he had to tell me the truth the HUB CLOSED today for a four day weekend, so they lied, no surprise… This HUB has terrible customer service.

UPS emailed me this morning at 10:30 and gave me a scheduled delivery window of 1:30pm - 5:30pm for a package requiring signature. It's after 9pm and they still didn't arrive. Customer support has been useless.

A middle-aged male driver referred to the 54-year-old customer as a boy! To the customers face.?... ???Maybe they should be taught manners along with why you don't speed.
