Usually I have a good experience at this store and they have always been very helpful. But when I went to go pickup a mower from these guys just a few days ago, it was an absolute joke. The guy who rolls it out doesn't say a word to me and throws it in my truck, I go to the project I'm supposed to be working on with said mower and figure out then that it doesn't even start. (Was never told it was pre-owned and needed fixed) after I go to return it because I had paid full price for a piece of equipment that never worked, the lady at the front desk asked me why I wanted to return it to which I replied "well you guys sold it to me broken and I don't have time to fix this" in which case she then responded with a smart alek comment and seemed annoyed that I had to return this. Just an unbelievable experience here after wasting so much time with this.

Made purchase dog food and pine chips and because I did not donate, Tiffany at register made smart rude comment, you have digs but won't donate??? That is it going to start going to Dillsburg TSC where people are NOT RUDE,,,

Generally i give places a decent rating because i know how it affects their business and the way people see them. However, i have been at the store twice in the last 2 weeks and the person at the register is a miserable person, zero people skills and they never have anyone to fill propane. I would HIGHLY suggest you get new people who can fill propane and treat people with respect and not look absolutely miserable everytime customers come in.Edit: i will not be contacting, i will travel the extra distance to a different store.

Your staff needs TRAINING! I went into this location today and one of the workers was standing near the door cursing at the top of his lungs. He saw me enter and kept right on spewing foul language. Had I not absolutely needed a small bag of a certain kind of dog food on a holiday, I would have turned around and left! Then, after I got the bag, he was walking along bad-mouthing his manager. I looked right at him, he stopped and said, "do you need something". I just walked away. What I needed was for him to act like a professional!I will say that the young man at the register was wonderful. He earned the one star you got here. Please, get your staff some training on professional behavior when customers are in the store.

The store is always stocked and changes with the seasons. They have the best prices on nuts and bolts. They are sold by the pound.

-10 STAR! Wow! It seems like everything you buy from this locations is either used or damaged. Be careful & inspect your product inside out before you leave the store because it sure is an inconvenience to run back and forth to the store that no one cares about their customers.

I recently tried to order a grill off the tsc website for store delivery. On the day it was to arrive at store, it was abruptly canceled with only an explanation that it was not in stock. After the second cancellation, store employee David, personally called me to find a solution. He informed me that the warehouse had sent the wrong grill a second time in a row so he canceled it. However he researched and later called the Hanover store to see that they indeed had the grill I wanted, in stock, in the store. I had spent so much time researching which grill I wanted so it meant a lot to me that he nailed down one for me. Not only did David do that, but he then went above and beyond for me when he did not have to, and personally drove to the Hanover store for me and picked up the grill and brought it back to the carlisle store for me. Absolutely amazing customer service. You don’t get this good of service anywhere anymore. David absolutely deserves a raise and promotion! He sealed this sale for me because I was about to look elsewhere for what I wanted. Thank you thank you thank you! This meant so much to me!

Very good selection of field, garden, boot and my great granddaughter's favorite, lots of toy animals for her beautiful barn her pappy made for her. Also, the lady that waits on you is very helpful and pleasant.
