After physical therapy for some issues I was having, I decided that I wanted to start going to a gym, but also wanted to be sure that I would be working with someone who could help me to do the exercises with proper form. I appreciated how the Med Gym evaluated where I was at and crafted a workout plan to keep my improvement going. I feel stronger in just a few short months. Signing up for classes and having someone expecting me has kept me accountable. I plan to make the Med Gym a part of my wellness journey for a long time!

Med Gym is exactly what I was looking for. Customized training schedules, smaller gym setting with semi-private sessions. All the trainers have strong credentials and very friendly, helpful personalities. They provide as much support as needed or wanted. I love the access to the InBody scan, which measures body composition very accurately (fat, muscle, water, etc.). To see the difference in my numbers after just a few months was proof of my efforts and very motivating. Nutrition counseling is also offered and next on my list.

The MedGym is a very friendly and welcoming gym for all fitness levels. Having help creating exercise plans and having someone to show me how to do the exercises have been very helpful!!

Thank you very much for having a gym I can attend safely. I have pulmonary fibrosis and cannot attend a public gym like I used to. Your staff is very supportive and helpful. l am also attending a nutrition class which I am enjoying.

I am grateful to the MedGym for assisting me with strength training, flexibility and balance. I came here after Physical Therapy with back concerns in order to assist with me an exercise program that would enable me to still golf. I am happy to report that I am golfing and although my handicap isn't going down yet, I am able to swing a club. Thanks, Bill.

I am very happy with my work at the Med Gym. I get excellent support, and the people--both staff and other clients--are friendly and kind. I am pleased with the progress I am making in getting healthier and better able to care for myself as an old lady. I am very pleased with the support and guidance I get from Kade. I plan to keep going. This is working for me!

My husband and I both love the Med Gym. Our semi-private sessions provide plenty of attention and direction to assist us in our fitness goals. Our trainer is sensitive to our needs on any given day and works with us where we are. In our 70's, we both can tell we are getting stronger.

Supportive, caring staff in a safe no- judgment space.
The Med Gym has given me an opportunity to regain mobility and strength through their individualized specific training programs. Very indebted to David and his team for helping me improve my quality of life.

I joined the gym to counter the effects of aging. The atmosphere is welcoming for all ages and abilities. After 3 months of twice-weekly workouts, I am happy with the process and the results. As a recreational cyclist, an unexpected benefit is that the strength training has made me faster on my bike.

I would highly recommend this gym and all the staff. I have had problems with my back since I had a herniated disc years ago. I had surgery, physical therapy and three different trainers over the years before I found Med Gym and David Drinks. All the trainers are well educated, professional and listen to you and your concerns. I have been almost pain free since working with David and his exercise programs. You will not find another gym in the area who can do what they do.

The Med Gym is a great place for post-physical therapy strength training. David Drinks and his outstanding team of exercise science professionals are extremely helpful in developing customized training programs, designed to maintain and build upon the benefits gained during physical therapy. The results have been amazing. I definitely feel stronger and am more flexible, thanks to the awesome team at the Med Gym!

I really enjoy going to the medgym. All of the staff are great. All very adept at working with or around injuries. Very caring about your progress and your well being. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a one on one training program.

I have been a MedGym member for over a year and cannot tell you how happy I am with this place. I am now able to do things that I never thought was possible. The individual attention is wonderful and I will continue to come here forever. Thank you all for what you have done for me. I have not felt this good in four years.

A wonderful place to be.... excellent staff... knowledgeable, extremely well trained, compassionate, attentive, you are their primary concern. My trainer, Caitlin... can't imagine doing it without her! Go nowhere else!!
