I went looking a for a single USA brand pan. They not only had it, but now they have become my go to kitchen store. They have such a great selection of products from affordable to top quality and everything in between. They're prices were also good. I'll def make the trip from Chambersburg for my cooking or baking needs. FYI they also have coffee, do knife sharpening, and offer cooking classes.

We attended an evening hands-on class. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend. The recipe and food we made was delicious! The store is quaint and unique in its offerings; would come back in the future to browse more. However, there were some notable cons, namely several (but certainly not all) unfriendly & miserable staff. Here’s my breakdown:
Pros: our instructor was very informative and knowledgeable, she was willing to help and offer advice, the recipe was delicious with easy to follow directions and printed recipe was provided, clear demonstrations with good visualization from our seats with the mirror, made dozens of pierogis to take with us, option to cook them if you wanted, extra dough to take home, extra topping offerings/suggestions were great and delicious, accommodating to both individuals and groups
Cons: overcrowded work spaces, unclean aprons and chairs (clearly not washed between each person), would be nice to have a towel at workspace to wipe hands on! (gets messy), numerous unfriendly & unapproachable “helpers” who make it clear they are volunteers (unpaid = unmotivated, grumpy, and unwilling to assist / just there for the discount they get in the store), overall class time constraints - a lot to do in a 2 hour period, which is good they use the time, but you can feel rushed

I can not say more wonderful amazing things about the kicken shoppe! There is plenty of room for parking and sits off a main road in its only little area. The store itself is a cooks dre. Therere is everything in there you can think of! Always getting in new and fun items! I have been coming to the kitchen shoppe for a few years now and I now help with classes. I have been to many demonstrationon classes. I have loved watching the chefs explain each recipe step by step, giving suggestions along the way. Depends on what class you pick its BYOB or some come with wine with each course. I have done one hands-on class. I don't like it as much as the demos, but it's still a great experience! If you do take a class, you get 10% off, which is a nice little treat! It's the only private own kitchen cooking school still around that brings in different chefs from all over !

Great cooking demonstration. Mushroom soup with puff pastry ribbon. Filet mignon with frizzled shallots, roasted potato with herbs, and roasted tomatoes. Lemon souffle for dessert. Excellent. I highly recommend The Kitchen Shoppe.

Shop is nice, but don’t do the paid lunch or dinner demonstration. $79 is way too much for what you get. Maybe we are spoiled from A Chef’s Kitchen in Williamsburg, VA, but this just wasn’t worth the money. The food wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t what I would expect for that price. The people who serve you are volunteers and while they are nice people they are not professional servers. One took my plate away and essentially threw the silverware back down in front of me. Most places that charge $79/person would bring you new silverware for your next course.Nice people, but they need to go have a meal/cooking demonstration at A Chef’s Kitchen in Williamsburg to learn how it should be done.

Did a cookie decorating class. It was $59 to water decorate 4 cookies. No technique or instructions on how to do anything. I have made better decorated cookies by mistake. Horrible horrible horrible. How can you sleep at night charging that kind of money for what you did. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never do another class there.

They make blend oil there and sell it. Good prices. Just bought myself a countertop smoker for 37.54.
