Most of the positive reviews were solicited by agents at the company in exchange for free shipping on their next order. Only believe the bad ones. As a former employee, I am aware of the fact that management only cares about making monies - not keeping customers happy.

The worst, they shipped to the wrong address and then charged me for their mistake. Backpacks broke first time i used them and they said they will fix it once as a courtesy as if they were doing me a big favor, they repaired it used it one more time and it broke again!! Will never ever deal with this company again.

TV is the best source for feather flags and innovative display hardware. Their customer service is highly responsive. Anytime we've had issues with procurement, they always made up for it by expediting shipping on their dime.
