Bs of a car wash. Vacuum took my quarters. I called the company for a refund. The guy did not ask which vacuum so other people do not have the same issue. Then said well check it out to see if it’s jammed and then send you a refund if it’s jammed. No help and ridiculous service. There was no service.

Vacuum doesn’t have any suction power. Pics are after I vacuumed. I was considering a monthly wash pass, but I need to find a different location because the vacuum must at least pick up tiny pieces of paper and hair and grass.

Great little carwash and great deal for the coins which are way easier to use than quarters (seriously, sooo many quarters are needed). I just really wish they had an ATM onsite

I love the monthly rate so I can keep my car clean. I do wish the dryer lasted longer and/or that there wasn't water coming out of the washing mechanism while I'm drying my car. I also wish the "drive ahead" for the car behind me would wait to come on until my drying cycle ended—it's programmed to come on too early, so people start driving in while the car ahead of them is still drying.

Excellent customer service. When I put in my $2 for the vacuum, it didn't turn on. I called the number on the flyer by the office door, and the gentleman who answered, even called me back when we got disconnected. I explained the issue, and he said he would be there to check out the machines and reimburse me. He not only followed through, he also paid for my vacuum.
