When you are specifically told that if you pay up front and leave early you will be reimbursed and when you leave early and you are not reimbursed what would this be called other than fraud. Do not trust these people. If something sounds too good to be true remember it is. Don't fall for their gimmicks and special deals unless every detail is in writing.
