Sondra & Kenneth Rhoads Salon and Boutique is a full service hair salon located in downtown Carlisle, PA. We offer a variety of hair color and chemical services, hair cuts, and facial waxing. We specialize in balayage, blonding and lived-in color. All of our stylists handle their own scheduling, so the easiest way to schedule with us is to fill out our appointment request form which is linked in our website section.
