paid almost $500 for a new rocker/recliner,,,within 2 weeks realized it was broken...ashley furniture tags on chair...they wouldnt stand behind it..sigmans were very rude and would not offer to pay me full price thAt i paid..i bought furniture from these people years ago and they were very nice..have a very bad back and told my chroprator about the chair...

It's sad I had to give you guys a star just to write a review. I'd give you guys a negative 5.. I asked if there was a restroom and she responds with a "why'd you even come in here?" Disrespectful customer service!!
