They don’t train their new people to scan sheetz card, they just ring up transactions without it. Was not able to use gas discount, pretty upsetting.

I love sheetz so im really rooting for you to take this seriously. When you put bread in the microwave it renders it dense and chewy. Essentially inedible. Why has this location started using microwaves, it has completely ruined your food. My last dozen breakfast sandwiches couldn't even bite through the bread. Pizzarollis too. The food is rock hard. Inedibe! Every single time! What are you doing?? Please stop it. The laziness has ruined my favorite convenience food stop. Please don't force me to rutters. Don't tell me to call a number, YOU send this feedback where it needs to go

Food is soggy, smells funny, and is completely inedible. They need to change their grease, you can smell about 5 other fryer features on the tots, and they were so dark I thought they were pretzels. Absolutely gross, you people are going to get someone sick.

To bad I couldn't give this place a ZERO because that's what they deserve Mr.Even doesn't deserve the manager position until he take a class on Customer service skills and learns how to treat/talk to people And the little boy who served me my food doesn't deserve to have a job I will NEVER go back to this place place again And Sheetz needs to update and fix there system ASAP so it doesn't happen to anyone else

I shop at several Sheetz a week. This one is closest to my house. I usually get a salad, this is the saddest salad ever compared to other Sheetz stores. I usually do pick up. Not a happy customer! Not even half full. I did call the number and Sheetz customer service was kind enough to make it good. Thank you.

I go to Sheetz on my lunch break from time to time and I dont usually have any issues but the last time i ordered they did not put everything i ordered in the bag. When i called they said i could get it for free or i coule get a refund. I go back to get my refund and the lady who refunded me didnt even give me what i paid for. I was charged $4.59 for the missing item and i was given back $3.60...

I’ve Gone There many time thru out the Wk n two different times I ordered food from MTO & the service was decent but the phone didn’t taste the same as what I’m use to. And people making food didn’t seem thrilled they had to make food @ 2:45a
