Wrong order, multiple times. Got a sausage breakfast sandwich with bacon and it came with no sausage. Asked for a hotdog double cheese and did not get double cheese. The hotdog also tasted musky. Ordered two appetizers and they were thrown in one box, had to pick through to separate.

I almost never eat at Rutter's. Now I remember why. Waited a half hour with 2 small orders on their screens with 4 people in the kitchen with such sad faces and not a word out of their mouths. Not even to communicate with each other, and didn't seem to be doing much of anything. And, what did I get for my 30 minute wait? An extremely blackend burnt sandwhich. Which, by the way, I smelled burning while I was waiting. Seems they have the highest pay rate for any quick service restaurant. But, it didn't seem to attract quality employees. Perhaps, its a management or company culture issue??? Should have went to Chick-Fil-A and got above and beyond service and great quality food, from employees who make far less than Rutter's advertised starting rate on their doors.

If you are handicapped , do NOT stop for gas . I stopped for gas and pushed the button 8 different times in 10 minutes , 4 times I called for help while pushing the button and no one ever came out . I left and went to sheetz . I got help there .

My boyfriend and I stopped at this Rutters on the way home from the flea market. I have to say the food was good. We never eaten there before. My boyfriend said it was the one of the beat burgers he has had. We were there at 10:30am 5/21 and he said there was a boy there who made the burger, he didn't get his name. He just wanted to thank that boy for doing a great job on the burger.

Extremely packed but everything was extra high to where I was just wanting something quick to eat on also everyone in the store act like they never seen a black person before employees are prejudice

This location is usually very busy, and it appears to be understaffed. The coolers seemed to be well stocked, but the drink stations / coffee area was in need of servicing. There were minor cleanliness issues. The staff seemed nice enough for my brief interactions. The do have zero fee ATMs.

Good morning, or thought it could a been until I walked into Rutter's at 6:24am and they had absolutely no coffee what so ever made and ready, everything was gone and empty, absolutely unacceptable
