The store manager was super rude and impolite. He was also discriminatory because of my hijab. I will never step foot back in this pharmacy and I suggest you do the same.

3 doors down, love the employees, in the front of the store, always catch a great sale. Now the pharmacy a whole other story a shame the rudeness,the hrs not being opened. I did change review because most of the pharmacy staff are great ppl. There's always that one. Wanted to add that.Don't ever try to go on a trip and need you meds youve been on for 15 yrs.

Worst pharmacy ever. Might as well call this an over priced convenience store. The pharmacy closes over the weekend and doesn’t abide by the posted operating hours. I had a prescription sent over 4 hours before I went to pick it up and it was neither entered nor pulled and ready for pickup. I was told it would be ready 30mins to 1 hour. I came back later and shocker they were closed. I had to go through phone calls and work around a to get the prescription filled somewhere else. DO NOT get prescriptions sent here

The pharmacy is awful, service is and staff attitude is as ugly as their service is! They been always negative and barely knowing what to do.What's funny I got prescription for toothpaste they made me wait 35 minutes for it and then they said come back with 3 hrs to get it ready and it just a toothpaste!!I wish I could gave 0⭐

Used to love this pharmacy, but since Covid, they have been severely short-staffed. They no longer have the pharmacy open on Saturdays and some times are closed on other days. They have shortened their hours and usually don't have the drive thru open anymore. There is one pharmacist there, I don't know her name, but she is awesome! The others can be quite rude. Most of the techs are just trying so hard to deal with long lines and having to make people wait for the prescriptions after they had recieved calls saying they were ready, and they are doing their best. We are getting ready to find another pharmacy, as my fiance had to wait for over an hour and a half tonight for meds that were supposed to be ready and then they missed one and my fiance inquired about it and the pharmacist got rude with him. This has been ongoing for at least the last year and a half and we've hung in there as long as we can. Time to sacrifice the convenience and go farther away for our prescriptions. I don't know how this store is still operational.

I just moved in the area on a temporary basis, but have rarely received a notification or call that the prescription is ready. I requested a refill on Thursday, got no notice if it was ready, went in Saturday and the pharmacy is closed for the weekend! How is a pharmacy closed for the weekend?!?

Avoid if you need the Pharmacy. I got a text stating that they had to order more medicine in order to fill my prescription. The text gave a phone number to call with questions. I called but nobody answered. I only got the message telling me the store and pharmacy hours. Obviously, if they don’t answer, they must want me to stop by just to find out when it will arrive or that they will get it from another store, or redirect me to a rite aid that has it in stock. It is bad enough that they won’t answer the phone, but the last straw was arriving at the pharmacy to see the gates down and a sign posted stating “We have new temporary store hours In order to help our teams serve you better…”. Why wasn’t this put on the phone message, or on the website, or google? How can that possibly serve me better? Updated information would have served me better, not when I arrive after the pharmacy has closed. Absolutely poor management. There have been too many changes that don’t get communicated until it is too late. Nobody wants an inconsistent pharmacy. Nobody has all day to drive around town reading pharmacy signs. This store either needs to keep consistent hours, or post their updated store hours online and on their phone at the very least. I suggest shopping elsewhere until this store gets its act together.

This pharmacy is terrible. They used to be good but now they close due to staffing and it takes days to get a prescription filled. Doesn't seem like they care so much about people. They don't answer the phone either. My infant grandson got out of the hospital in need of immediate medication for breathing treatment and they can't be bothered to open? Shame on them. When Lori was there it ran like a well oiled machine but not anymore. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Once again bad software takes a stab resulting in minor inconvenience. There was a BOGO half off sale that requires use of the rewards system. After noticing that the total came to the regular price I asked if I could sign up for the rewards program to get the savings. I was handed a slip of paper stating to download and sign up on the app. Didn't have a phone on me, so I asked if they could set it up in-store. The POS computer prompted for a phone number, I entered the phone number, and instead of prompting for signing up for the rewards system it continued to the original sale price. Poor software design results in poor customer experiences. Having another customer behind me I just opted to return the items to the shelf instead.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for at least 10 years and recently I am strongly considering changing pharmacies. I no longer recieve texts IF and when medicine is ready to be picked up. Medicine is consistently out of stock for one reason or another. The change to the drive thru lane being for covid testing only has caused an immense back up of people in the store. The past 2 months have had to stand in line waiting for my prescriptions for 20+ minutes. I understand these are different times with covid, but the change to this pharmacy is almost impossible to deal with anymore.
