This Rite Aid location has been average in my experience, but that's probably because I was spoiled with exceptional service at my old Rite Aid location across town. This store has all of what you'd expect from Rite Aid: health supplies, a small selection of groceries, tons of candy and last-minute gifts for the holidays, and a pharmacy. The pharmacy has been the one area this location could do better. I've had average service from the employees here on the best days and on others, it's been lackluster. There have been miscommunications with my doctor's office on multiple occasions (which never happened when I dealt with the Rite Aid across town), so that's been frustrating. In one of my first trips here, they didn't have any stock of the medication I take and when I said that I had just moved into the area and joked that I would be a regular, I was given a little attitude and told that my ability to fill my prescription "just depends on who gets here before you." I understand that the pharmacy business involves supply challenges from time to time, but the attitude stuck with me and even as I write this review months later, THAT is what comes to mind with this location. I've just learned to deal with it (it's the closest and most convenient pharmacy), but those first impressions last (sadly). I'd encourage anyone using this location to talk with their doctor and with the pharmacist here about how your scripts will be sent and such early on - it may save you a headache later!
