F. Fager Camp Hill PA "design team". In spite of the fact that I must use walkers and canes to walk, I painfully got in and out of my car to visit their "DESIGNER" at his office and at HIS convivence to ask for some HELP! I asked for ROUGHS/IDEAS in the form of hand drawings and suggested fixtures for a bath/shower conversion. I followed up our meeting by supplying photos he requested.HE/FAGER COMPLETELY SNUBBED ME...NEVER INITIATED ANY COMMUNICATION WITH ME...NO DRAWINGS...NO LIST OF PRODUCTS...NO DESIGNER REFERALLS,...NOTHING...COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME ! HORRIBLE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS or any human being ...especially one that is handicap and made extra special efforts to make his request totally convenient for HIM and FAGERS. CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING is desperately needed...FORMER CUSTOMER THAT WILL NEVER BUY FROM FAGERS AGAIN

I needed a faucet repair washer that I was told by the expert behind the counter it could not be purchased anywhere. (They were willing to sell me a $33 housing containing the washer -- go figure.) Drove 200 yards to the big box hardware store starting with an "L" and found the part (in the plumbing aisle, without assistance) in a faucet kit for $3.70. ... perhaps I should be working for Fager.

Rob is the best quality of the Carlisle location. Every time I go in, which is almost daily, I find myself seeking him out because of his friendliness, knowledge and willingness to help. I’m a fairly new technician and I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have someone I can ask questions to and give me solid answers without belittling me. If the higher ups pay attention to google reviews, give this man a raise because he is the life line of the Carlisle location!

Always helpful! homeowner on year 2 figuring it out as I go to save $ to fix issues & make improvements and I couldn't do it without the people behind the counters here. I show them pics on my phone of things I know nothing of & they give me what I need to get the job done and it works everytime. Thank you for being super friendly & helpful everytime, that makes this confusing stuff easier for us who are just winging it ???
