Have received all 6 of my COVID 19 vaccines here. Staff are friendly, accommodating and more like your old fashioned pharmacy than the big chains or box store attached pharmacies.

The lady in the medical supply shop which is adjacent to quality pharmacy and not associated with them so I'm not rating quality pharmacy I'm rating the Medicare shop the lady there is rude. Not helpful at all.

I love this pharmacy!! They really care about patients/customers! They are really a head of the curve on up to date and new health care but with the old fashioned mentality that each person matters. I highly recommend Quality Care especially if you want the best!

I was going to the gym and Quality Care is right next-door. I've seen it often but had never stopped in preferring Rite Aid or CVS but today I thought I'll stop by to pick up a small item simply because it's right next to the gym, right where I was. There was no one at the front counter so I went back to the pharmacy and waited. Another customer lined up behind me and we were both waiting. Neither the clerk on register at the pharmacy nor the two other personnel behind the counter said a word to me but the one on the register was making small talk with a gentleman ringing out his prescriptions, talking about a painting that was hanging on the wall for sale. I run a register part time and I try not to delay my customers by making small talk when there's a line.

I went in to get a prescription filled after being at urgent care for 3 hours. Granted I was tired, but I felt disrespected by the way the pharmacist treated me. I told them I would wait for my prescription because I really need to start taking it as soon as possible. They had several persons giving Covid vaccines, a couple of counter people and 1 pharmacist. I assumed that it would be about 20 min. When I saw that the pharmacist was answering phone calls, giving flu shots and helping out staff before filling my prescription I knew there was a problem.I kept asking if she started filling it yet and I kept hearing soon or you are next. I lost track of time but it was at least another 15 min before she filled it. Then she yelled across the room that my prescriptions weren’t covered there. I took them anyway because I needed them immediately and by that time I would have had to drive and spend more time somewhere else. I felt like the entire pharmacy personnel were falling over backwards for the people who came for shots and forgetting that a pharmacy is for pills too.

Family like environment and people! Very nice gifts ? to purchase for various occasions! Excellent knowledge of phamaceuticals.But, if the meds you are on suddenly don't become covered by your insurance provider I think that should just be between their doctor and them not for the pharmacist to suggest a change to the doctor.

I've been using this pharmacy for many years and recommend it to anyone who is interested in a new or in need of a reliable pharmacy. Everyone at Quality Care there number one priority is for there customers and they have and will go above and beyond there duties to ensure customers are able to receive what they need and at the lowest price possible. I've never experienced the quality of service by a pharmacy crew as my family does here at Quality Care Pharmacy. The staff here are 1 in a million they want to help customer and if there's anything they can do to make your experience better they will and probably not even realize that they did something special, since that's just the kind of people they are. I can guarantee/promise this much when you allow Quality Care to take care of your pharmacy needs you and or your family will receive 100% True, Dependable Quality Care because when it comes to your loved ones or your own health at Quality Care Pharmacy what you get is simple and even in their name quality care is what you receive in every visit.

I couldn't believe any pharmacy would give me the amount of time I received from Meagan yesterday. She explained me step by step how to register for COVID booster shot and in the end she registered for me without hesitation. Her patience was amazing. I can bet she is a really valued employee. Thank you Meagan for all the help

I just want to convey how grateful I am to have been vaccinated for Covid19. I feel blessed to have gone to the old Kmart, and had so many nice people working tirelessly to keep those lines moving. It was/is a massive undertaking, and it was/is hugely successful. Thank you a million times over!!

I've dealt with CVS and Riteaid... Hands down this privately owned pharmacy actually cares about you. Their prices are unbelievably lower. I never would have thought that. Yes, I have insurance, but it's way cheaper even here without using it.
