“Cute little place in a convenient location. They have some plants that I don't usually see at other places, so that's always awesome. And a lot of them are from Dillsburg, so you know they're locally sourced. I also enjoy the antiques they have inside. The bulk barrels of potatoes and onions are also super cool, never seen that before.”

“The staff is friendly, they are always helpful, polite, and always give our dog a treat. Some of the prices seem higher, but there's always deals and lots of variety. They have dog grooming available. They offer dog training, there's a spare section of the store set up for that. It's a one stop shop for pet. They have car fur babies available to adopt all the time.”

“I recently tried to order a grill off the tsc website for store delivery. On the day it was to arrive at store, it was abruptly canceled with only an explanation that it was not in stock. After the second cancellation, store employee David, personally called me to find a solution. He informed me that the warehouse had sent the wrong grill a second time in a row so he canceled it. However he researched and later called the Hanover store to see that they indeed had the grill I wanted, in stock, in the store. I had spent so much time researching which grill I wanted so it meant a lot to me that he nailed down one for me. Not only did David do that, but he then went above and beyond for me when he did not have to, and personally drove to the Hanover store for me and picked up the grill and brought it back to the carlisle store for me. Absolutely amazing customer service. You don’t get this good of service anywhere anymore. David absolutely deserves a raise and promotion! He sealed this sale for me because I was about to look elsewhere for what I wanted. Thank you thank you thank you! This meant so much to me!”
