Wicked helpful, had everything I needed. I was gifted a gift card a while back and they had some problems getting it to swipe properly. They were able to confirm that the card had a balance and went in the system to manually deduct the gift card's balance from the cost. Was very appreciated.

The guys working here are pleasant to speak too. Very knowledgeable about different types of repairs. Unlike the more popular stores beside each other Auto Zone and Advance Auto, nothing but circus clowns working in those places.Thanks NAPA!

These guys are completely unhelpful - had a NAPA battery 9 months old that failed - wouldn't warranty without original purchase receipt from the NAPA Auto Care Center garage who installed battery - Battery was clearly punched for purchase date and I had my Garage receipt. I'd give 0 stars if I could
