Went in on Feb 12 to open a new checking and savings personal account. Made an appointment online for 9AM EST. Door was already opened 5 minutes before, when I arrived. I was greeted by staff, and was took back to a room with the branch manager. Very simple and easy process, only took around 15 minutes. She was very kind, and made sure I understood everything. My family has banked with M&T Bank for over 10 years, i'm very happy with this bank, and this branch. The staff is very kind, and you can get things done efficiently. Thank you to the staff at this branch, & thank you M&T Bank!

It's a fairly good Bank, Friendly Customer service, good Finance Protection and preventions in place, and I 99% of the time have a generally good experience at my M&T Bank.

Opened my checking and savings account almost a year ago and have always had excellent customer service. The employees are always nice and helpful. I'd recommend this branch to anyone.

Went in to cash a $50.00 check and I was told a 2% fee would be charged. Poor business fees and would never open an account due to charging fees tells me that m&t bank has to charge and turn business away to stay in business try psecu no fees and outstanding services

Don't bother with this branch. No one there knows what they are doing. I always have problems there and they always fail to get solved until I call another branch.

I am a young, educated woman of color. I set up a new bank account originally through the Shippensburg branch. I went to this Carlisle branch because I was traveling. A middle-aged blonde woman with short hair asked me to come inside although I was in the drive-through and kept my I.d. Although there was no reason for this, I went inside without question. After I got inside she refused to give me the money i wanted to withdrawal. She proclaimed the money was not available and the supervisor who was a skinny elderly mean woman also agreed with her. So I left and did not cause a scene although I wanted to explode. Then they called my phone and apologized and told me they couldn't give me the money because "they didn't know me" (although I had 2 forms of i.d.). Long story short, those workers are STILL there and no actions have been made. Seeing that I proof from the message and through the Shippensburg office, if she doesn't not get held accountable (fired), I WILL press charges!
