The customer service lady said she couldn't tell me any details and that I have to be put on a call back list from the finance department that will take 24 to 48 hours. That's ridiculous because I use an EBT card and no one ever reached out to me to notify me and they let me get my groceries and drive away. If I owed something why wasn't I notified. Also, why couldn't I talk to someone today and why so secretive? I filed a complaint with the BBB and I will be talking to an attorney. This was by far one of the most inconvenient and horrible customer service experiences I have ever had. No help from anyone. My receipt states the full order was paid for. I am very disappointed and will no longer be using Giant for groceries. Something is not right with this business.”
