He was very patient with all my questions and also very thorough with notating services and costs for my future reference. He assisted with setting up my new phone and wifi to the point I left with ZERO questions. I was also able to set the wifi up at home without any issues, his help allowed the entire transition process to go very smoothly.

“Upgrading my phone and paying a car are two things I put off! I upgraded my phone today at this store and the customer service was beyond amazing. They were swamped, so the manager was greeting people and checking them in. He was honest with the fact it was going to most likely be at least 45 minute wait. We received a text that we were checked in and then another one when we were next. Once we got to the counter, we were able to establish rapport quickly with the salesperson. He did not try to up-sell us on anything! We had his undivided attention until we left the store. When we were ready to go, the manager walked us out and once we were outside, he apologized again for the wait and asked how our experience was. I left feeling on Cloud 9. I had a new phone and was treated incredibly well! (The "we's" in this report refer to my husband and I.)”
