I wish the pricing were more standardized as the dynamic pricing can be stressful. It is still a great store with awesome staff.

Great store and I love going in when I'm having a little bit of a creative block. The only thing is I wish their rewards system was better. $5 off isn't really that much of a deal for how much some people are spending.

Michaels was an exhilarating experience. They have every crafting need imaginable. If ya need paint they got it, need yarn don't think twice...they have it, need some weird foreign candy at the checkout line you never heard of before ? They certainly have it.

Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Short staffed so I had to go inside. No biggie for me. Just realize curbside pickup might mean store pickup. Everything I ordered was in the bag and ready for me.

I've signed my family up for 2 of the in store craft events. We love making the crafts, but the instructors have zero personality. The first event, the instructor Rowan made her own bracelet and when asked for help told us that she didn't know how and didn't know what she was doing. Our most recent experience was making a door hanger for a teacher. As soon as we came in we were greeted by Terra with an eye roll and a big sigh. She NEVER explained the project. She handed out the wooden hangers and went back to doodling in a notebook. I took over the projects after that. We noticed she had already painted a door hanger with a bright pink paint. When my children asked to use it, she ignored them. The project required red paint as well and when they asked for that, she ignored them again. We left with unfinished work. We would love to come back and make more, but not if it means we're treated like an inconvenience.

Today is the second time I went to Michael's to get my cross stitched framed. After 15 minutes of not being assisted at the custom framing counter, I left. That was after a kind employee used the radio to call to get me assistance. I have also had to order embroidery floss online because it doesn't seem like they restock the store enough. I will still continue to go since it's the only craft store in town.

Before driving to the store I looked up album frames on their website. I wanted to buy "3-Pack LP Album Frame". The price listed was a 50% off sale price of $12.49 which was very good.When I got to the store (10:50am) I found one pack of them on the back wall next to framing counter. The price was marked $24.99 so I asked an associate who had stopped if she could scan it to check the price. She said she couldn't scan it anywhere in back of store but tried looking on her phone. her phone didn't work so she suggested I buy other frames instead that were not anything alike.I took the 3-pack to the front checkout and it rang up as full price. I showed the cashier my phone and she was annoyed. She said that's the online price if I want that price I would need to pay for it online and pick it up in the store.I said I'll do that right now so moved to the next register because there were people in line behind me. A minute later as I was completing the checkout on my phone the first girl came up front to the back and told me that it would take an HOUR at the very least for me to pick up the order and I would have to come back. I quickly tried to hit the back button on my phone but the payment was already sent. I left the pack of frames on counter and walked out even though I had just paid for them. A few hours later at 2:13pm I got an email that said my pack of frames was ready for pickup. I will not be picking them up and won't be shopping at any Michaels ever again.

We went for the picture frame sale. We were told certain frames were not part of the sale. None of the sale signs indicated certain one were on sale and certain ones were not.
