Great place. Friendly staff. Started getting my prescription filled about a year ago when the pharmacy I was with stopped being able to get my medication. They had it the next day.

I called a week ago to get a prescription filled at Medical Arts Pharmacy. I was told they had my prescription in stock (one left) and they would contact my previous pharmacy to have my prescription transferred to them. They also told me they would call me when my prescription is ready. I was relieved I found a pharmacy that would fill my prescription.
I have been waiting for several days to hear back from medical arts pharmacy and never heard anything, as they said they would call me back. Today is the day I need to take my weekly prescription. I called back today to find out why I haven’t heard anything and to see if my prescription is ready. The response was, the prescription was given to someone else and they are out of stock.
This is EXTREMELY unprofessional to not follow through. The prescription was given to someone else after I was told it was available for me. I was never notified that the prescription was ready and was never notified that it was given to someone else. And now I do not have my prescription on the day I need to take it.

This pharmacy is amazing. My prescription has been very challenging to fill this past year, and the pharmacist here has worked very hard to get it for me. I'll definitely keep coming back.

Small pharmacy, super friendly and helpful. I came in to pick up a refrigerated med for my dad and adked about keeping it cool while I ran errands. They gave me an insulated box and an icepack. Super awesome of them!

Fast, convenient, and easy to work with. I order and have my prescriptions sent to me within minutes after receiving notification. The process is quick and easy. My prescriptions arrive a day or two later.

Medical arts is the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They text you when your prescriptions are ready and there is no long wait time most prescriptions are filled within 15 minutes. Everyone who works there is very friendly and they even k is my name when I walk in the door. I will never use another pharmacy the big chains don’t care small town pharmacy with big time customer service
