All workers that came to our home were very helpful, respectful of the surroundings and answered all questions. Installed a 2nd propane fireplace and added embers to make it more realistic looking. Even while in the area, A propane truck stopped by and filled our propane tank So we would be all set for the winter coming up. Luanne, their receptionist., Is extremely helpful and gets right back to you when you leave a message. Very impressed with this company.

We love Koppys. As a small business and camp location outside of town - we never have an issue with service, reliability, and communication. They do fantastic work from the time they pick up the phone to the drivers and delivery.

After a horrendous week of trying to get my previous propane service to come find and fix a leak on my tank (AmeriGas!!!!!!), we found Koppy’s. We loved that they were locally owned and my initial call with Louann was amazing! I called on a Friday at 2pm and she was able to get a new install set up for Monday! Rueben came out, found the leak that AmeriGas claimed didn’t exist and got us all hooked up to a new tank!
Throughout the process I received messages and follow up - something AmeriGas was incapable of doing.
I’m so excited to be part of Koppy’s!!!

Mike did a FANTASTIC job installing not only my LP tank and line but also my Ilve range. He was thoroughly professional but also went above and beyond to make sure my range was installed just as I liked it.Luanne in the office was a gem to work with as well. Together they represent Koppy’s propane with a level of warmth and excellence in customer service rarely seen these days!

Service at Koppy’s is first rate. Due to circumstance beyond their control a part needed to fix my fireplace was long in arriving. Luanne was diligent in keeping me updated and aware that they were in touch with the company. When it did arrive they were here immediately to install. Very professional and my fireplace looks great. I would highly recommend Koppy’s for your propane needs.

From the moment I first walked into Koppy Propane in Carlisle I was treated with first rate costumer service. They listened to all my needs and helped to find a suitable solution to ensure all those needs were met. Once I was ready for the installation to begin, they were extremely accommodating to my time schedule and made an appointment to complete the work in an extremely time efficient manner. The installation of my system and my equipment was TOP-NOTCHED. The technician was not only an expert in the field he was also a very nice person. He arrived at the appropriate time and completed all the work in a timely manner even though the weather was extremely harsh that day.I would highly recommend Koppy's Propane in Carlisle PA for all you propane need as I found them friendly, knowledgeable, ethical and reasonably priced

Mike and Doug are the best! So knowledgeable and explained everything extremely well. They installed a gas heating stove that looks like a wood stove. They were very efficient and did numerous tests to make sure everything was working properly. And Louann from the office was very helpful, efficient and welcomed us as a new customer . Looking forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

Mike is a "hard worker" and very professional. He replaced my old regulator (difficult job) and catholic neutralizer bag under ground and one would never know when he was finished. Great job, Mike!
