My car broke down in a tricky spot and my mechanic's shop is down a somewhat tight side road. Dalton showed up in short order and towed my car like a surgeon. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Went out with friends and locked my keys in the car. They kept me updated so I could still enjoy my night. Jesse called to give me an eta and was super nice and quick. Definitely recommend.

I have often bought propane and straw at this establishment and was happy. This week I needed towing twice, and was concerned how it was going to happen. April handled every arrangement, the drivers were top notch, price very fair , plus a gorgeous dog to entertain me while I waited! Five stars all day.

My van left me stranded along 81. I called Jerry's towing the lady on the phone was very nice and understanding. She took my information and had a driver out in a short period of time. Jesse showed up and was very attentive and understanding. This young man is an asset to Jerry towing . Thanks again Jesse .

The young man that came to tow my car on the side of the highway was absolutely incredible! He communicated with me his arrival time, explained what he was doing to my vehicle, ensured mine and his own safety while on the side of the interstate, and offered great conversation on the ride to the mechanic. Having your car break down is an incredibly stressful situation, and being on the side of an interstate with cars and trucks whizzing past at 70+ mph makes it all the more stressful. Pleasant people like him make a terrible situation more bearable.

I have a 2018 bmw i3, no one could get it in neutral after it completely died. Jesse from jerry's towing came out figured out how to get it on the truck without damaging it, and had it on the truck in ten min. A guy from cannaday came before him told me he specialized in electric cars couldn't get the car on the flatbed after not getting it in neutral and told me to call bmw. I had waiting 2 and half hours. jesse from jerry's towing came out in 15 min had it done in no time. thanks again Jesse.

I am the office manager at Jerrys Towing and I believe that the business has a family feel, down home values and will go above and beyond to always do the right thing. Even when things go wrong, and they sometimes do, we always try to make things right. Prices are amazing, employees are friendly and knowledgeable, just a great place to work.

Horrible company. I have triple a. They requested to have them assist with fixing a flat. The employee named Chris came to assist. At least I thought he was. First he claimed his gps took him a different direction which wasn’t near me at all. So I had to wait longer with an infant and toddler. He He ended up stripping my nut on the tire. Pretty much couldn’t help because he didn’t have the tools he needed. He suggested I call triple A back to get it towed. He said sorry and left. I then called triple a back to request a tow. They referred Jerry’s towing back to assist with towing. April, the dispatcher for Jerry’s gave a call back. And begin to talk about fees for towing. But I pleasantly made her aware that her employee stripped my nut on the tire. She began yelling saying “he didn’t strip it, and she’s canceling the request” and hung up the phone. I have never in my life felt so disrespected. For a woman to leave another woman and two small children in the middle of the woods. It’s now getting dark and there are no street lights. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever!!

It's been 20+ years since I had a car towed. When my sons car broke down in the middle of the night I dreaded the call, the wait and the shifty hidden tow fees. We have AAA and they sent Jerry's out. The guy was quick, pleasant and jovial. He made such an impression my son actually tried to chase him down just to say goodbye. It was almost like they were buddies after the 30 minute interaction.A few days prior I also had to have a vehicle towed to get a brake line replaced. That was less urgent but a very similar experience.Jerry's is amazing.
