I took my 2017 Mustang Gt to JB for a paint correction, he was able to educate me on the benefits of ceramic coating my car, and I was sold, when I went to pick my car up, I was amazed with what he did to it and how he was able to make it look like it was 2017 again! Thanks so much Jeff, I highly recommend!!

Got my 2023 MK8 GTI washed, detailed, and waxed at JB detailing. Great quality work and products, the car is still shining and it’s been almost 2 weeks! Would definitely recommend and I will personally be going back for all my detailing needs.

I had a great experience with JB Detailing when I took my Nissan Frontier for an interior detailing. They did a thorough job of cleaning every nook and cranny of my truck, making it look and smell like new. The staff was friendly and professional, and delivered on all promises. The price was fair and reasonable for the high quality of service they provided. I would highly recommend JB Detailing to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient car detailer.

My wife contacted JB Detailing to get my car detailed for my birthday. Worse experience ever. First, being a women, they took advantage of her and charged full size vehicle pricing where as my vehicle is a midsize SUV (NOT a Tahoe or Yukon or Navigator). Secondly, they damaged my vehicle and didn't tell me and they tried to hide the damage. A phone call to them resulted in saying when they went to open the rear hatch (did not release latch) the handle came off. A face to face resulted in a new explanation, it was broken when it came into the shop (false). Their story changed the more I inquired. The DISHONESTY and attempted COVERUP leads me believe this is their typical business model (IT'S NOT MY FAULT) when they screw-up. Other wise their detailing my vehicle was Ok, but not great.

I just took my vehicle to JB Detailing for a complete interior detail and words can’t describe of how great of a job they did! They got all the pet hair that have been stuck in the carpets for years and even when I have tried in the past to get it out or using other detailer businesses haven’t successfully been able to get all the hairs out. Seeing it all clean inside is a true blessing. Especially all the mud and dirt that was deep into all the cracks and crevices were gone!! Even my carpets that were permanently stained they got looking great to their best abilities since they were already permanently stained they “looked” like it would be dirty but in full evaluation they were great and even the guy explained that to me!! The prices at first I thought were a little high compared to other detailers but now seeing what they do and how much work they put into the vehicles I have nothing to complain about. I truly think this business is the best I have been too and 100% recommend this place if you are looking at getting your vehicle detailed!!Services: Steam cleaning

Took my minivan to JB Detailing for a "complete interior detail." It was $230 for this level of detail which is more than I have ever paid, but I figured they would do a great job. In fact, when I mentioned how expensive it was the guy said "we are the best." Spoiler alert, they're not. When I arrived to pick it up I opened the door and first thing I noticed was a spec of food/candy stuck to the center cup holder. I scratched it off easily. When I opened the back, all the dog hair was still on the carpet. So I had the employee take a look and he said, "oh my guy must not have seen that." It didn't even look like it had been vacuumed. He then said it would be an extra $50 do get the dog hair out. I said, "what was the other $230 for?!?!" When I got home I inspected it more. They did a good job of vacuuming out the obvious spots, but the crevices were still dirty. And even though the upgraded detail was supposed to include shampoo, my one year old floor mats still looked filthy. So I texted the guy and showed him pictures. He said they looked "permanently stained.” I was able to clean them with my $70 carpet cleaner from Walmart (see pictures). I spent the next hour or so cleaning all the spots they missed. Also the floor mats were not reinstalled properly. And they charge $9 for a credit card.Service: Auto detailing
