“We've been going to the Carlisle House B&B annually since 2011. The owners Tim & Carolyn Carlisle have become more than just great hosts, they have become friends.
The rooms are always spotless and clean, each room is unique, with their own charm. The breakfasts are amazing! Tim and Carolyn create a different quiche each morning, and they are delicious.
We stay at the Carlisle House because we are here for the All Ford Nationals with the owners Carolyn (Tim). We have also made friends with some of the other patrons who are here annually for the Ford show. It is a great place to stay. We look forward to returning to the Carlisle House each year.
We highly recommend The Carlisle House B & B.

“Very nice Best Western, better than most. Was recently renovated and everything seemed very clean and new (I was actually surprised how nice it was). Free breakfast was basic, but the room rate was very reasonable - happy we stayed here.

Rooms: Rooms were very nice and new, beds were very comfortable.”

“Rooms were clean but had a weird bevel on the floor under the carpet in several areas. It is an older hotel located in downtown Carlisle. The location is not the best, and I had a hard time finding where to go. It's located off the main road down an alley. The service was lousy! Asked questions, like where to park, and she acted like I was bothering her. U have to park in a parking garage, n u get a ticket. When u leave, u do not have to pay, but it was aggravation considering I was there for work and had to come and go frequently. If u need to be close to this area and do not have to leave in ur car, it would be an ok place to stay, but if u can, go to another hotel.”

“Recently re-branded as a Best Western. We were welcomed by friendly staff, room was clean, they are Pet Friendly (for a fee). Only disappointment was at breakfast (6-9), at 7:00, they had run out of eggs, sausage/bacon and waffle batter. When we asked for waffle batter, the employee at the reception seemed at a loss, but eventually found it for us. All in all, a good experience.Noteworthy details: Some of the rooms are currently being renovated and updated.”
