“Went to the Carlisle Location and I asked an associate in the plumping department about small hose / tubing and he said he didn't know. Seconds later I went and found it myself. So don't ask the short older gray haired associate in plumbing he was of no assistance at all didn't even try.”

“Lowe’s is always good love the reduced merchandise half prices especially garden stuff flowers dirt and mulch. You can always rely on this store for appliances. Employees are learned and guide you through.”

“We needed a canopy for community yard sale coming up next Friday and Saturday so we went to this store. I was disappointed with the small number that they had in stock and none on display which I realize they are large and would take up a lot of floor space. But they were seemingly concentrating on the table umbrellas. Many on display with outdoor sets. If you need an outdoor set, go here. Prices seemed reasonable. The help is wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and polite. That is so nice to see. So nice to be greeted and not ignored. Seems like a nice area to live in. I should check that out. I will try to revisit my stores that I forgot about pictures. Only excuse is I am 77 yrs old and yes a bit forgetful. A bit????? Oh well time waits for noone. Unfortunately I came home and ended up ordering one from Walmart. Better prices and selection on line.”

“I recently tried to order a grill off the tsc website for store delivery. On the day it was to arrive at store, it was abruptly canceled with only an explanation that it was not in stock. After the second cancellation, store employee David, personally called me to find a solution. He informed me that the warehouse had sent the wrong grill a second time in a row so he canceled it. However he researched and later called the Hanover store to see that they indeed had the grill I wanted, in stock, in the store. I had spent so much time researching which grill I wanted so it meant a lot to me that he nailed down one for me. Not only did David do that, but he then went above and beyond for me when he did not have to, and personally drove to the Hanover store for me and picked up the grill and brought it back to the carlisle store for me. Absolutely amazing customer service. You don’t get this good of service anywhere anymore. David absolutely deserves a raise and promotion! He sealed this sale for me because I was about to look elsewhere for what I wanted. Thank you thank you thank you! This meant so much to me!”
