Good pricing, very tall storage space, easy move in. Unfortunately, Hillside uses rodent bait/poison which has been proven to severely disrupt ecosystems as the poison moves up the food chain. Without this, they’d earn a 5 star review from me.

The rent doubled in less than 30 days. I'm left with moving my items back out to find another company. Waste of my time. Beware!!!!

Got to the storage there was a green tag on, called the office on a Sunday and spoke to someone immediately. Customer service a 10 out of 10!

We are new customers at Hillside but so far we are very happy with our experience. Jordan, the person answering the phone, has been very helpful and knowledgable, and was able to answer all of our questions. Our gate code didn't work on the first try, and even though it was a Saturday morning, Jordan picked up our call and got the issue fixed immediately. We definitely recommend Hillside Storage!

I was looking for a storage facility close to the house for various reasons. I checked this facility more than once and they were always full: acquiring the one I needed would be tough. I was looking by chance one Sunday night and lightning struck: they had the size I Required. I reserved it online and went through the process rather quickly. A lady Named Chelsy was amazing she addressed my concerns and any questions I Had. The staff here is amazing, the facility is clean, gated and well maintained. I am thankful for them and the service they provide. I am looking forward to a long relationship with them and do and would highly recommend this facility for all storage needs.

Very nice and well kept place. Convient to home. Been with Hillside storage for almost 1 yr and many issues, however, I don't like the idea they just take the money out of your account weather the money is there or not.
