This vet was recommended to us and so glad we switched. They have our pups best interest at heart and it shows. Hard to find an honest vet these days. Thank you Hillmount!!

My friend took her sick dog in to get put down. The vet refused and put him on meds instead. Now the dog is incredibly aggressive and is creating quite a liability case and there is a good chance the dog will attack someone or another one of their dogs. I think the vet is getting paid to push the meds or some kind of kick back. It's cruel to make a very sick dog live. He is older and in very poor health.

Caring staff who keep you on time with appointments. The exam rooms are clean and odor free. The best part is they take care of my Lincoln at a very fair price.

The ladies at the front desk are very sweet, but their listening and comprehension needs some work. I spelled my name for them multiple times and the lady still had it completely wrong. I called in to make an appointment with a Dr, not to only see a technician. The information they gave me was wrong, and she wouldn't let me expedite the bloodwork to ensure we had enough time to ship our pups out. After we left I noticed they STILL had my name messed up. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but the paperwork has to be perfect for the pups to skip quarantine. After not seeing a vet, the technician said she could do a fecal test for my dog. I was charged for the test, but it was never done. They said she had roundworm, but yet my other vet said she was fine. They also didn't notice the huge bright red ringworm on her belly while they were doing her test. Our poor pup had a fever and was slightly dehydrated. I feel like this is something they should have notice or checked before giving her medication. After asking to speak to an actual Dr they told me I had to wait at least an hour. Unfortunately, I will be going back to get a few more things done so it makes transporting my dogs easier. If I feel like they've improved I will update my review.

I don't know why Hillmount has only a3 star rating. We have gone there with our pets for years. Dr. Henry was there when we lost our older dog. The staff is very helpful and caring. Our children have moved their pets care to Hillmount, and are happy they did. The prices are also much more reasonable, although that was not our reason for changing and staying with Hillmount for our pets care.

A great vet for my dogs! Always professional and knowledgeable, they offer suggestions for self care of your pets while also offering their professional services!
